Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

I had to stay overnight, checked in at 1700 set the air con at 18 C - weather was 39 outside - AC doesn’t work. The staff is rude and unresponsive. Hall of SHAME of the hotel - entire Housekeeping and Duty ***ager Tanishq - completely unprofessional, and useless staff. My experience has been below expectations, I guess this is Holiday Inn standards.

I am a corporate customer handeled by Mr Puneet The location of holiday inn at lucknow is really convenient My experience with interaction with Mr puneet has been good . He needs to be empowered for giving better attention to corporate customers who stay at hotel For getting results thro their work and hence need minimum possible hassles at hotel . Mr Punnet was instrumental in shifting me from lemon tree . My experience and hospitality offered at Aqua bar has been really worth mentioning . I would like to appreciate attitude and service quality of Miss Arfiia Fatima in special way . It is great to know that holiday inn employees qualified people like her and ***y I feel that bar at terrace and swimming pool needs a staffing and mainly some publicity . However i feel that ratio of no people from property and no guest needs to be improved . I wish i will be a guest ***** with my father of age 99 on way to Ayodhya after summer is over As of today with few minus points i still prefer to stay at Holiday inn I wish improvements in personal attention should be improved fast . The hotel infrastructure is already good

A modern 1 year old hotel conveniently located next to the airport which is a short taxi ride away It is clean, well presented and very much in the Holiday Inn corporate branding. The staff are friendly and attentive. Room servicing is consistent too (always a good sign) The food is adequate and of a reasonable quality rather than excellent, possibly due to being too focused on the buffet format. The main fail I experienced was with the restaurant service where the staff do not understand English and the service was extremely slow having waited 30 minutes for 2 poached eggs and a cup of coffee! 1 major issue was that whilst the hotel is non smoking, the initial room allocated to me was absolutely unbearable due to the smoking smell. So not only did guests smoke there with no penalty but also the cleaning staff did not report it. Whilst my room was instantly changed by embarrassed staff, this would not have been possible had the hotel been full and there is no way I could have slept in that room such was the strength of the smell. So beware… Overall though a good choice for a business stay or a stay linked to a local flight but could and should do better

The hotel services are good, and specially Mr Lalit was so helpful, hk staff was very kind and helpful , we will come again and we will recommend friends as well once again thanks to Lalit for hospitality , food was also good ……,,….😀😀😀😀😀😌
