Hotel Alter Speicher

Small room on 4th Floor. Only one electrical socket in room, one in bathroom. Not good when trying to charge 2 headsets for motorbike, 2 phones, an ipad and one used for my breathing machine. Light socket broken. Shower head holder broken but in a quiet side street with difficult parking for car. Motorbikes on the sidewalk job done. Receptionist doing his job didn't like so many guests making him have to work rather than play on his phone. Internet was Bulgarian !! Oh and where the fridge should be just a small cupboard as been removed to save money.

Friendly 'n helpful staff Ok hotel in the middle of everything. Close to many bars and restaurants. Clean 'n nice rooms And IF something was missing the staff were happy to replace is The only minus was that we had to PAY EXTRA for store our bikes (in a place that wasn't used anyway) And the hotel breakfasts (all hotels) is FAR to expensive!) so we skipped it

My husband and I stayed at the hotel with our 2 year old daughter for two nights. We didnt have high expectations as the hotel was very cheap compared to the other hotels in Lübeck. However, the only plus is the location of the hotel and the size of our superior room. If you want to start your holday by cleaning your room, this is the perfect place for you. The rooms are furthermore in very poor condition. Everything is worn down and worst of all its very dirty! The two minifridges in our room didnt work, smelled and were dirty. There are no fans or aircondition, so beware if the weather is hot. If you really dont care about hygene in any way, this is the perfect place for you.

Schon als wir den komischen mit tesabeklebten Plastikanhänger vom Schlüssel in der Hand hielten, drehte sich der Magen um. Die Zimmertür sah aus, als wenn sie mal aufgebrochen wurde, das Zimmer war dunkel, verwinkelt, die Möbel verstaubt… aber der Grund zum sofortigen Gehen war das Bad. Die Tür hatte keine Klinke, die Toilette … wir sind geflüchtet, auch mit dem Wissen, das es so gut wie keine Zimmer mehr gibt in Lübeck. Nein danke!

Haben kurzfristig ein Zimmer gesucht und gefunden, aber naja… Gebucht war Superior, bekommen haben wir wohl eine „Suite“. Die Einrichtung ist alles andere als modern, Couch und Sessel sehr „abgewohnt“ (Leder rissig und abgewetzt). Farbliche Gestaltung und Möbelauswahl teils gewöhnungsbedürftig. Whirlpool im Zimmer? Außer Betrieb, lt. Zettel an der Wand soll „Nichte benutzt“ werden?! Dusche kann entweder heiß oder kalt, dazwischen ist nicht viel. Temperatur schwankt während des Duschens auch stark - unterstützt ggf die Empfehlung Energie zu sparen? Im Bad keinerlei Haken, um Handtuch oder Kulturbeutel aufzuhängen. Müllbeutel im Mülleimer - Fehlanzeige, genauso wie Beutelchen für Damenhygieneartikel… Böden sind krumm und schwingen (ok, es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude). Lichtschalter und Lampen teilweise defekt. Minibar/Kühlschrank leer und ausgeschalten, man solle sich an der Rezeption melden, wenn man was möchte. Informationsmappe nahezu leer, Broschüren und Flyer vom vergangenen Jahr. So erfährt man sicher (nicht) was in Lübeck derzeit geboten wird. Zimmersafe: Schlüssel für 2,50€ Kaution an der Rezeption erhältlich, bei Rückgabe nur 2€ zurück? Sauna? Anscheinend, für 10€ pro Person und mind. 20 Minuten vorher anmelden. Frühstück lt. Hotelwebseite „im Übernachtunspreis inbegriffen“, bei Onlinebuchung 16€ extra, bei Buchung bei Anreise 10€ extra?! Wir haben verzichtet… Für Krawall vor dem Haus können sie nichts, aber Zimmer Richtung Straße sind nicht zu empfehlen. Bis weit nach 1:30 Uhr Geschrei, Gesinge und Gegröle…

Gelegentlich das letzte verfügbare Hotel in Lübeck, daher teilweise unglaublich hohe, aber nicht gerechtfertigte Preise. Gut gelegen. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer teilweise in schlechtem Zustand (Bad, TV, Sauberkeit). Eine Generalüberholung ist notwendig. Nachts Randale, um die sich niemand kümmert. Nicht empfehlenswert!
