衛生還可以，環境不錯，可以看見美麗的沙灘，服務態度很友善，兩年內入住了多次，設施還可以，欣賞他的餐廳，出品的食物比較好吃，值得入住

Stayed many times and staff and service are consistently excellent, rooms very clean and food always perfect, the waiting and bar staff are over and above exceptional. Check in and checkout is effortless, very smooth. Hotel is right on the beach, some lovely coastal walks or you can head into the town. We will return

Stunning location, beautiful views of the beach and sea! Very cool and modern bar with classy restaurant and excellent staff/service. Bedroom and bathroom were very nice! Superb breakfast included too. I cannot wait to return! Loved it.

The Hotel catered for all I required was a pleasure to have Staff who are always polite and helpful. Leah in the dining room at Breakfast was outstanding even when the breakfast area was busy she always remained calm and no one had to wait for service. Well Done Young Lady you are a Credit to the Hotel.

It was a relaxing weekend spent in the hotel Victoria. The service was excellent. Also I liked the interior design of the hotel, very comfortable to be there. I really enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you.

Superb room with sea view, very comfortable! Two sofas, bed in L-shaped separate part of room, loads of space and best of all (according to my wife!) a teapot included with the tea tray! Big bathroom with jacuzzi as well, just excellent facilities and great value for money. Top notch breakfast too, and friendly staff. Couldn’t fault it, perfect seaside hotel. Thank you

Lovely hotel in great setting on the beach. I have been here many times and each time I have no complaints. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are good quality and breakfast is always delicious. Looking forward to visiting again later this year.

It's a lovely hotel with very comfy beds. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. It's close to the beach and great value for money. We have stayed once before and we were remembered which was lovely. We will stay again and would recommend!

Adam and his team always provide a great welcome, fantastic hospitality and a great menu. The public areas have all been renovated and a program to refresh the bedroom suites. The bar food and drinks are fantastic. There is no reason to hotel anywhere else in Lowestoft.
