The environment outside is good. There are some restaurants nearby and a Tesco. However, when it comes to the room, there’s hair on the bed and the curtains are dirty. The restroom seems not been um cleaned up too.

The location was good, close to underground, museum, and car parking under the hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious, there was so much choice from cereal to cooked breakfast and more. Only ****** was no fridge to keep drinks cold, not much of a problem for 1 night in February though lol.

Very good location but there was some rubbish left in the cabinet in between the beds and we had a maintenance guy come in to the room to fix a leak without our prior knowledge so was getting changed at the time which wasn't great. Overall, the stay was fine.

The reception changed my room to the side facing the Kimpton after knowing that my room facing the back of the building was too noise. Overall great service.

Conveniently located. Old and aged facilities. Small
room and toilet. 7th floor not recommended.
Nice restaurant and decent breakfast. Efficient reception service.

The service of the hotel is good overall. The facilities are fine for an age hotel. The breakfast is very good and
a lot of choice. However, the front desk did not pay much attention regarding our request for two beds instead
provided us one double bed.
