Good location, modern decor, comfy beds, and efficient staff. Special thanks to Alicija (apologies if this is not correct), we left it a bit late to book a table for dinner, both nights she made room for us in the lounge, managed our big food order with no errors, and was patient with the children whilst they took their time with their food choices. She was friendly, polite and super efficient.

I come to Premier Inn Hampstead when I stay in London on business. The accommodation is recently refurbished with a great bar and dining area. The best thing though are the staff who are really friendly and accommodate my late arrivals from a day at the office. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff. I was able to order vegetarian sausage at breakfast. Close to tube station. Not a long journey into central London. Closes the shops and places to eat. Room clean and bed very comfortable.

Great location in a really nice area of London. Five minutes walk from Belsize Park Underground which is an easy journey on the Northern Line from London Bridge. Very clean and comfortable room. Added advantage of a 'social space' which made a comfortable place to meet up with people and relax away from your room. I didn't eat there but the restaurant looked better than I'm used to at Premier Inn and there were special offers on drinks and meals if you wanted them. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticism was the check in process. The QR code didn't work nor did the booking reference. Bit frustrating as I was on a bit of a tight time scale on arrival. However that is a minor detail and did not detract from an otherwise great stay. I would definitely recommend. It is the best Premier Inn I've stayed in and I've stayed in many throughout the UK. I would have no hesitation in staying again in future

Very pleasant restaurant for breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location within walking distance of the underground. Very quiet room for a good night's sleep. We would return if we visited London again.

I enjoyed my stay and breakfast there. Not sure about Self-Check-in and hardly staff about. But it take time to get use to it, also there London Live on telly even don't much about. Location is great there some stores and KFC and walk down the road to Roundhouse.

Nice refurbished hotel, room clean everything how it should be, was on the 5th floor facing the road and was quiet at night. The staff were friendly I had breakfast and it was good. Belsize Park Station 5 minutes away some coffee shops nearby and a few convenience shops if you need anything. I would stay here again if I was in the area, no problem.

Lovely hotel close to tube station, easy to explore Camden market , and see a band at the Roundhouse , the social area at the hotel was brilliant for early evening drinks and food , clean and warm , also a quiet area for those with laptop work to complete.
