Fantastic hotel! Staff is brilliant! Food is unreal! The munk fish is second to none and fell of the bone! The tuna tastes like lamb, absolutely fantastic!

Nice hotel with great energy. Clean rooms with decent pool although seem to have too much of cleaning chemicals in it. Location is not perfect but for the price is reasonable.

Останавливались в эттм отеле с тех пор как он ещё был в составе сети Allegria. Этот раз был последним. При новых хозяевах отель превращается в молодёжную общагу (с ночными воплями, хлопаньем дверьми, потасовками после ночных клубов). Соответственно, включённое в проживание питание тоже упростилось до уровня общажной столовки. В Ллоретт-де-Мар есть гостиница типа молодёжной общаги с несравненно более доступной ценой: Hotel Clipper.

Excellent hotel, food was brilliant tasty and plenty of choice, staff we're very helpful and cleaning staff kept the hotel spotless.very well run hotel would definitely recommend. The only downside would be rooms don't have the greatest sound proofing can hear everything in the street and if your unlucky like I was and your neighbours are inconsiderate and think it's acceptable to be blaring music and talking like there Deaf typical drunk Brits. But this wasn't the hotel's fault.

I book half bord in this hotel never have so bad experience in my life food terrible and cold omlet for breakfast is a scuble egg which is a joke dinners a cold tapas 🤣dont know who give them 4 stars I won't be able to classify that hotel even for 2 definitely not recommend

Great place to stay clean, friendly and comfortable. Staff all really friendly room clean and comfortable and entertainment at night on rooftop terrace. Great place for all ages

The hotel is very much a 'party' hotel for teens and early twenties, which is obviously great if you are in that market but isn't totally clear on the ********** listing - so please be aware before booking...!

Room - Clean but 1 pillow each and hard bed. Only 1 chair outside balcony and 2 of us. Walls paper thin can hear everything, we complained about noise and they said they would move us if it didn't stop they never moved us. Food- we never got anyway as wanted to eat outside. Drink - cheap and worth it. Staff- not the friendliest staff, bar Monica and the guy at reception with long hair. The worst was paying for sun loungers , they shouldn't adversitie then on their website and not have a term and conditions that you have to pay 15 a day .the other loungers don't get sun until around 1pm. Pool - very clean and perfect. The hotel is at the top of a Hill so bear this in mind when booking if have mobility issues. The staff seemed clueless as to answer some simple questions or to even open the top of a bottle of coke, seemed unorganised. Maybe because it's newly renovated I don't know. Jessica
