We have just had a fantastic stay at the Llandudno bay hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant location and tasty breakfast.
Parking was easy along the promenade. Definitely worth paying for a sea view room to just sit and watch the world go by.

We came camr to stay with you 12 months ago, have to stay it wasnt the best stay hotel not finished paint eveywhere no curtains on the window not good. Omg what a difference this ti.e amazing well done guys the best stay ever hotel amazing.

Slow check-in process, had to complete all contact having already submitted it.
Offer of water reception, great idea however not refreshed, clearly stale and lemons were waxed not unwaxed.
Advised not to use the lift because it “wasn’t great” when staying on the 3rd floor.
Runner on bed stained and not clean.
Floor was dirty
Thermostat turned off.
Pillows were lumpy.
Shower leaked large of water onto bathroom floor.
Bathroom door had holes in the base.
General upkeep - poly filler holes from maintenance not sanded or painted: looked shabby.
General paint work stained, chipped and poor upkeep.

nothing is too much trouble for the staff, check in was good, the guy on check in was polite and helpfull as were all the staff there, muly only gripe is the windows dont open very much(health and safety i suppose)

Great service and clean! I arrived late, past 1am. They greeted me at the door and made sure I got to my room ok. I stayed for 2 nights. The location is perfect for walking on the beach, to the pier, and for dining. I would happily stay there again. I had the smaller twin room and was perfectly comfortable.

Very welcoming at the reception, rooms are very nice and clean. A lot of little finishing touches: shower cap, eye mask, ear plugs. Biscuits, small bottles of water.
The service was very warm and friendly. Very nice breakfast and a brilliant location directly at the seafront.

HOTEL WAS FINE OTHER THAN THE ROOM WE HAD ON THE THIRD FLOOR,THE BATHROOM WAS SMALL AND NEEDED SOME ATTENTION.IT WAS NOT WORTH THE £140 WE PAID FOR IT.
