The Ivens, Autograph Collection

房間空間足夠也很衛生，可以打開陽台門但不能出去。服務也不錯，只是地理位不算很方便。以這價錢，應該有更多更好選擇。我下次應該不會再住。

Great location. Excellent service. Staff always responsive, helpful and accommodating. Comfortable room. An ideal hotel for visiting Lisbon. Will definitely stay at The Ivens when I return to Lisbon. I highly recommend this hotel. It deserves the 5-star status.

The hotel is in a centrally located area in the Chiado district . Within walking distance to a lot of sites. We stayed for 7 days and it did not disappoint. The staff and the concierge were very helpful and friendly. Our room albeit small was manageable. It was very clean and comfortable. The Gastrobar was worth a visit. Bartenders were attentive. The food and drink selection was very good. Reservations are highly recommended. The hotel is well appointed and well curated . My husband and I were very happy to have come across The Ivens. It was a good base for a one week stay in Lisbon and would definitely stay there again.

There are lots of good things about this hotel. The location, in a historic neighborhood walking distance to many restaurants and attractions was perfect. They had a very cool bar downstairs that was fun. There was a beautiful garden room where we had breakfast every day. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Unfortunately, there were a few negatives that would make me hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The biggest negative was the size of our rooms which had no closets. The bathroom was tiny too. The lighting was bad and there was only one small window in the room. It was very difficult for more than one person to be in the room at a time - we kept bumping into each other. We lived out of our suitcases for the 3 days we were there as there was nowhere to put anything. I understand it's a downtown city hotel, but for the price, we expected a more comfortable room. The breakfasts were good, but the service was fair at best. Each morning we had to ask an average of 3 times to get a cup of coffee. The positives outweigh the negatives, so I still would recommend this hotel for others provided the room size and slow service at breakfast are not deal breakers for you.

Beautiful hotel in a terrific location. Personnel were super friendly and helpful; the adjacent restaurant/bar was a destination in its own right. Room amenities were of great quality. We especially loved the towels. No hesitation in recommending The Ivens to others.

Amazing hotel and perfect location. The hotel is elegant and warm and the staff is always available to help and make recommendations. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I’m looking forward to booking another vacay to Lisbon and booking this hotel.

Fabulous stay at The Ivens in March 2024. The location was ideal centrally located to many great sights In Lisbon. The hotel staff was so accommodating. First class service and the most lovely surroundings...lobby guest rooms and the on site restaurant were glamorous and clean! Every detail was attended to including the premium shower items.

Newly refurbished, the hotel is both beautifully appointed and cool. The rooms are not fancy - e.g. lack electronic lighting controls and the bathrooms are basic - but the overall impression is positive. You can easily forgive the slow lifts. However the WEAK INTERNET CONNECTION makes this hotel unsuitable for business guests. As many Autograph Collection properties, they do not really care about status guests, they speak the welcome but that is the end of it. The worst part however is service in the restaurant. Some staff members are nicer than others but they all get easily distracted resulting in half accomplished tasks (e.g. they do not finish setting up tables, they may not bring all that was ordered). Overall, it is not a bad place but it misses the chance to be good.
