Good location but the services need further improvement. Only one free bottle of water provided for 6 days’ stay.

PortoBay Marques is a great choice to stay in Lisbon, friendly staff, convenient location next to Marques de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade only 15 minutes walk from the centre (Baixa) . It offers the most comfortable beds and excellent toiletries . This was my second stay and it was excellent!

The staff are exceptionally helpful and enthusiastically share information about transportation, places of interest etc.
Room was comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. Closet space is limited for two people in the room we selected but we managed
It is about a mile walk to the main old town sights down a straight, pleasant avenue
Breakfast was a OK and perhaps a tad overpriced.
I emphasize- the staff are delightful
We arrived very early in the morning and they allowed us to check in on arrival. We were very grateful
