For shared use: property 5'900 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 19.May. - 27.Sep.). Children's pool, terrace. In the complex: WiFi, bicycle rental. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 20 km, sandy beach 400 m, public bathing area 800 m. Very nice, large apartment (dishwasher, 2 new high-quality bathrooms). Inadequate: Kitchen equipment (4 knives for 5 people?), WLAN non- existent, only at the pool, not close to the beach with the sunbeds booked.

Renting bikes is recommended as the beach is quite a distance from the apartment if you walk.

Steep stone stairs to bedrooms, not suitable for small children. Location is good!
