First - the staff on duty when we came in, didn’t have our reservation any more. They were supposedly completely booked. BUT my husband called and told them: due to our flights getting messed up and rebooked, we wouldn’t be in on Thursday BUT WE WILL on Friday. Keep our reservation -unfortunately they didn’t. After jerking us around and trying to say my husband didn’t call, they finally got us a room. It was more than the one I had reserved but it did have a great ocean/pool view. For the most part - the staff and all were nice. It was the night manager and his other employee that weren’t very friendly at first or even helpful AT ALL. My husband and I travel a lot - we know how to be polite, friendly, respectful and very understanding. This took the cake of royal screw ups. It cost us more than we intended on paying for our original room. It just put a bad taste in our mouth.
