Arrival was ok, easy to find with plenty of secure parking and friendly staff. Room quality was poor, it smelt of smoke and would stay here again.

Overall, we had a good 3 night stay. The room was big enough for our needs, and the bed was supercomfortable. There was a kettle in the room. The only problem for my partner, who loves watching night telly, was the lack of english language channels. Other than that all was good. There's a shopping centre, and few restaurants near the hotel.

It was nice, clean and quiet. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly so it was very hot. The room was also facing the sun most of the day so it became even warmer!

Value for the price. The food was simple, and the staff were professional and very friendly. The room was small but clean. Good location close to the highway, but nothing to see in the middle of a industrial area.

Drôle d’accueil ! Nous avons réservé par téléphone pour effectuer une réservation, au final, en arrivant on nous dit qu’il n’y a aucun règlement d’enregistrer. Nous allons directement dans la chambre, surprise : drôle d’odeur, pas de lumière dans la salle d’eau, une serviette, alors que nous sommes deux, chasse d’eau, sans pression, pas de brosse pour les WC, le radiateur qui claque. Nous avions passé trois nuits, mais après la première nuit : lit, non fait, salle de bain, pas nettoyé, serviettes laissées en l’état, sauf les corbeilles qui ont été vidées, je ne parle pas des fils électriques sous la table qui restent dangereux pour les enfants ! (Pas digne d’un 3 étoiles) Pour le menu sur le tableau blanc, il est resté inchangé pendant deux jours (frites, fricadelles ou steak haché frites ! (Quelle angoisse) Ce qui peut sauver cet établissement, c’est de la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel ! Rien à dire pour le petit déjeuner qui est correct et bien achalandé. Je précise que nous fréquentons les hôtels ibis qui sont également 3 étoiles, mais d’un niveau nettement supérieur ! On s’en souviendra de cet hôtel

Très déçu du séjour Le personnel a beau être agréable ça ne couvre pas le reste Des spots ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain Nous avons réclamé, ça a été remplacé un état des lieux aurait dû être fait avant Nous sommes obligés de réclamer des serviettes car nous sommes deux la chambre, Il n’y en a que pour une personne quand ils sont remplacés. Pas de couette ni d’oreiller supplémentaire dans l’armoire Les rouleaux de papier toilette sont à moitié. Les volets roulants restent ajouré et sur le bas ils tiennent avec des vis car il sort de la glissière. Nous n’avons pas mangé sur place que ce soit le midi ou le soir vu le menu qui était proposé. Entrée crudités Plats cervelas fricadelles ou un steak haché. Dessert salade de fruits Je pense quand on met une somme pareil pour deux chambres à quatre personnes, je pense qu’un effort ne serait pas de trop dans ce restaurant La plupart des voyages que nous avons effectués. c’était une obligation de s’arrêter au campanile qui avait une réputation, mais à ce jour, c’était la dernière fois que nous mettions les pieds au campanile.
