Hotel Lenno

โรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยมในเมืองที่ค่อนข้างงดงาม ห้องใต้หลังคามีขนาดกว้างขวางพร้อมวิวบางส่วนที่ยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานรองรับ ท่าเรือข้ามฟากอยู่ด้านนอกโรงแรมซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนช่วงสั้นๆ อยากจะแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง แม้ว่าจะต้องทราบว่าการมาเยือนในเดือนพฤศจิกายนไม่ใช่ช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะที่สุด

I want to start buy saying what a perfect location around the middle of the lake, car park underneath, & ferry terminal right out front ,we had room 102, a corner room with two views across & up the lake. The rooms are well appointed very clean with tea & coffee facilities, they do supply 3 complimentary cans of soda, but they are a one off, no replacements. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The restaurant & bar a little pricy & the menu did not appeal to our selves, there are two eateries just along the canal. Breakfast similar to other hotels with sliced pineapple, the rest of the fruit whole, kiwi, pears, apple & sometimes grapes & mandarins. They have an orange juicing machine. The only hot food is bacon & scrambled eggs, unfortunately look warm like most others that make the offer. Minimal pastries unlike others. It was interesting the tea offer in the breakfast area was less than at the bar??? Unfortunately their internet is poor, hard to pick up & regularly dropping out. We only stayed 2 nights & encounted mist & rain strong winds shutting down ferries on our full day, on the day we left, 12 noon checkout the lake showed all its beauty. We have promised to return to this hotel for about a week in the future, we loved it so much.

Would be ok to stay her for a couple of days but not much longer than that. We were here for 9 days and it was too long. Apart from taking ferry rides to different places there is not else much to do.

The overall impression we got from Albergo Lenno was one of dissapoin**ent. We had travelled from the beautiful Hotel Vigna in Salo on the shores of Lake Garda, which was a truly fabulous stay, and we were expecting Albergo Lenno to be at least equal to it, especially as it cost an €50 extra a night to stay there. Sadly our expectiations were not met. Our check-in was efficient, but no greeting from the lady on reception, who seemed somewhat aloof, and who just did the bare minimum of copying our passports, giving us the room key, and directions to the room. There was no inquiry as to whether we needed help with our luggage, parking arrangements etc. We had booked for an 8 day stay, which in hindsight was probably 3 or 4 days too long, considering we didn't have a car and had to rely on the local buses and boats to get around. We had exhausted most accessible local excursions by half way through our stay, and didn't particularly want to stay by the pool every day, though some people of course prefer to do this. Lenno itself seemed a little run down, with graffiti along some parts of the waterfront. There is a limited choice of restaurants and bars, maybe half a dozen or so, some of which were occasionally closed. None of the waterfront restaurants have a particularly good rating. A couple of supermarkets in the town serve the basics. The views of the lake, as you can imagine are pretty wonderful, and there is a regular ferry service to other parts of the lake that is inexpensive. Our room on the 2nd floor (all rooms are on the top two floors), was spacious enough, with a large bed, plus a wide opening window overlooking the outside pool, and with a side view of the lake. There was a very basic wardrobe, with a single high shelf, plus a rail and hangars. There was also a desk with a small fridge underneath. There was no set of drawers, so underwear etc. had to be placed on the top shelf of the wardrobe, which would be unreachable if you were short. There was also a single easy chair, plus a hard wooden one for the desk. There was also a very old shabby wardrobe adjacent to the entrance door, but this was just a storage place for extra pillows, and not usable for clothes. The bathroom was quite large, modern, and with a double rainfall shower, plus a large mirror over the wash basin. Probably the best feature of the room. However, there were no drinking glasses in the bathroom, just single use plastic and card cups. No Bath Robes or Slippers were provided. Wi-fi is generally only available close to reception, so the further away you are the worse your internet connection is. I would have thought in this day and age, where everyone relies on a good internet connection, that there should at least be a wi-fi router on each floor. There is an outside unheated pool, which was reqularly used, especially on the sunny days. However, there are no adjacent changing rooms or showers, so you had to do this is you own bedroom. Perfect location on the lake especially if you get a front room with a terrace. Friendly staff cannot do too much for you and Restaurant is excellent overlooking lake. On the downside breakfast could be improved but is adequate . With car parking and ferry terminal opposite this is a comfortable stay in the perfect location for Lake Como,

Side view room with a balcony so had a view of the lake and pool. Room was very big, also big bathroom with a large powerful shower Food on site was excellent Location is perfect Secure parking on site at a reasonable rate Staff very helpful and friendly

We just spent an amazing lunch at Albergo Lenno with and excellent view of the lake. In particular the front of house manager was super, with a great sense of humor! There was a variety of options to choose from and the food was great. This was a very memorable lunch and we will be coming again soon!

Fabulous hotel in a lovely location and so convenient for the ferries and buses. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an absolutely stunning location! Located directly on the lake And crawling distance from the ferry. Really kind and wonderful people work at this hotel… a special thank you to Paula for always helping me out with just about everything. A special thank you to all the lovely people that worked at the front desk that went above and beyond for us our entire stay. Beautiful hotel with really kind people that work there. Highly recommend!
