Room and amenities a bit old. But it was still comfy and their clientele service was nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the buffet breakfast and the pool. I always want to start my day with a healthy breakfast. The pool was convenient for my son and son's friends to swim and bond.

The staff were very nice and polite. Anytime I asked for cleaning our room, they’d do it without hesitation. I love the breakfast as well as the servers.

Terrible customer service and unreliable, not trustworthy company I book this hotel amongst others because of the promised free airport transportation but to my dismay, they denied me of this service and asks me to pay a fee. Emailed them but only directed with to call the travel agent as claiming that they do not have airport transfer.

Hotel waiting until the weekend to clean their swimming pool our whole stay which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The pool should have been cleaned overnight hours or during the week. The breakfast was ok but have had better.

L’hôtel est placé dans une rue privée ce qui est un bon point.
J’avais pris cet hôtel pour sa piscine mais la piscine se trouve à 100m de l’hôtel à côté d’une grande salle de réception qui est la plus part du temps utilisée (donc forcément tout le monde vous regarde vous baigner …). L’eau était trouble aussi (impossible de voir ses pieds dans l’eau).
Donc si comme nous vous chercher un hôtel à Leagazpi avec Piscine , passez votre chemin…
Sinon l’hôtel est pas trop mal mais pas d’ascenseur et au deuxième étage ils ne font pas fonctionner les ventilateurs dans les couloirs… Il faut donc une chaleur d’enfer.
