Service was great, so were facilities. Food was ok, better than before.

The room was great with a couch, fridge, microwave, and a small table for 2, perfect for my wife and I to eat our evening meals. We also liked the lighting with the switches right next to the bed. It felt like you were in a nice, cozy apartment. Never got to the pool, but the breakfast was great and the host ( from Monday to Friday) was very, very friendly and always happy and smiling and greeting everyone! Great to wake up to a friendly face!

What an amazing property! It's small but has everything you need..comfortable beds, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great rates and close to everything I needed in the area.

Top rating, extremely good condition, cleanliness, service, stocked n well maintained breakfast bar. Stocked convenient snack station. Best all around, i have been in, over the last couple years!!! Greatly appreciated.

I come to Leesburg often because my mother lives there. I have stayed in most of the Leesburg hotels. I was very impressed by the Mircrotel. I chose it because it was the best value. It was spotless! The girl at the desk (I should have asked her name) was so friendly. I felt bad as she had to work on Christmas eve and Christmas. She was very accommodating and nice!

Very nice staff and service. Breakfast was good. Only concern is the reliance on single use plastic in kitchen and rooms from utensils, plates and each styrofoam cup rapped with plastic covers. Showers had fluid dispensers which are eco-friendly.

Room was okay for mine and wife's use . No bathroom sink counter , just a sink. Bathtub was good with good shower wand and bar and grab bars which were very good for handicap wife. Tub was clean but did have a small chip in it, not a problem for us.Room is small , so okay for 1 or two people if you are using it just for a place to sleep ,shower and get up and get going .Room was clean, good daily made service. Impossible to compare to others in the area as I haven't used any. Price was good for what we needed. Note: hade to get shower tub chair to tub replaced as one adjustable leg was bad and could have caused my wife to get hurt seriously when
one of the legs slipped out of the adjustment pin while she was showering. That could happen with any hotel or motel furnished handicap adjustable chairs.

Management is rude to the handicapped. And does not care if you have proper papers to have your service pet refused to even look at them upon entering or leaving the premises. Handicap rooms were at the very end of a long corridor and no one to assist handicap with luggage. I don’t think you realize that denying handicap service pets is a federal offense.
