Located on the most popular piazza in central Lecce, modern rooms in a historical building, across from an excavated Roman gladiator arena. Lots to do within walking distance. About a kilometer from the central train station. No 24-hour front desk but staff responds quickly to questions and is very helpful and accommodating. Best to contact by SMS text, WhatsApp, or phone because their email sends many messages to the spam folder.

Amazing location overlooking the Roman Amphitheatre. The room was amazing as was the view (the pictures do not do the room justice). Loved that it was a keyless entry and we didn't have to worry about forgetting keys or losing them. Breakfast in the cafe below was great!

The Alvino room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the staff friendly and very helpful. ********** charged my credit card 30% more than they said they would, and their customer service chat line I contacted after my stay worked fine until it came to a question they didn’t want to address, at which point they pretended I wasn’t answering their questions.

What a wonderful place to stay! I would book again in an instant! Alvino is gorgeous and brand new. Our room was very large with an entire wardrobe area to unpack. The bathroom was big and beautiful. Definitely luxurious! A total bonus was our balcony with a wonderful view of the piazza and Anfiteatro Romano. Just beautiful! I highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting Lecce! And as for Lecce - it is definitely a place to visit. Beautiful, clean and lively!!! A delicious restaurant is Doppio Zero.

Room Oké. Disappointed that the room had no Windows. We would have more info about this. Or a discount in the price as compensation.

Based on the Alvino Suites listing pictures we booked a suite with 2 levels and 2 queen beds. Both levels had views of the piazza and balconies. When we checked in, the apar**ent that we were given had only 1 level, 1 queen bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Both had very bad mattresses and neither were made up. The listing says that breakfast is included, however we were only given vouchers for 5 euros per person. We contacted the host who said that the suite we booked was only for families so she gave us a different apar**ent. When we complained, she refused to refund our deposit. Since this was not what we booked, we left and found better accommodations in a hotel. Altogether it was a bad experience. We recommend staying somewhere else.

The room we booked online not we got , sofa bed with uncomfortable mattress, junk chairs, The Onwer not responded our call , nobody there to help. We had to leave to find another place to stay, they refuse to refund our money, I don't recommend this junk place to anyone.
