We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. "The apartment has potential and a few positives—the balcony is the highlight and the location is excellent, just a short walk from Lecce’s old town. There’s also a charming bar below with a speakeasy vibe and great music, which we enjoyed as our only form of entertainment during the stay. However, this rental has some serious issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the beds. A traveler needs a comfortable mattress to rest after long days, and these were terrible—thin, springy, and somewhat gross. The couch is no better: old, worn out, and so uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the sheet covering it. The kitchen had a strong musty odor and needs a full renovation. Lighting throughout the apartment is poor, especially in the bathroom where it’s very dim. One pillow didn’t have a pillowcase, and overall, the quality of the bedding was questionable. While the apartment was generally clean, the atmosphere was gloomy, and no one greeted us or provided instructions upon arrival. There were some informational materials, but none in English. A smart TV would have gone a long way in making downtime more enjoyable. Also, the configuration of the beds felt awkward and carrying luggage up the narrow spiral staircase to the loft was quite difficult—some kind of pulley system would really help. The listing photos are accurate in terms of what you see, but they can’t show you how uncomfortable the furniture is, how the kitchen smells, or how dark the lighting is. With some minimal but smart changes—especially replacing the mattresses, improving the configuration, upgrading the lighting, adding a smart TV, and deep cleaning or remodeling the kitchen—this place could be vastly improved and even become a desirable rental. As it is, it’s not restful or comfortable, which is a shame given its potential."

"Owner is extremely unwelcoming, very different from everywhere else we have stayed. House keeper came knocking and asked what we needed in our room. We did not need anything and told her and thanked her for asking. We came back to the room and all of our things were moved in our room even though we specifically told her not to. Even the bedroom door was closed as we did not want anyone going in there. We cancelled our last night stay an almost a week in advance due to the train strike and unforeseen circumstances. They wouldn’t even give me the time of day when she checked in about the refund. We were told they would check with the manager but when we messaged him politely checking up on it…. No reply, no one at the front desk. I’m a paying customer and all we wanted was a yes or a no. Even though this was a “non smoking room” we came back to our hotel to the stench of cigarettes twice, and found an ashtray with many cigarettes in the window. Just avoid this place and go somewhere else. We stayed in room 7."
