Stayed at hotel for one night on a cross country trip. Hotel is right off Interstate 10 so it was easy to get off and on the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent. Staff were friendly.

I have always stayed at this hotel, however past couple of times, noticed once ac not working and last night the toilet not working! Hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed. A bit disappointing!

ALL THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST SUPPLIED WAS EXCELLENT! OVERALL, ONE OF THE BEST STAYS EVER!

The shower didnt work properly due to the faucet being broken. The heat/ac had a loud growling noise. Building needs a maintenance man. No way this has gone unnoticed. Absolutely unacceptable.

The rooms are sound proof!! Love that! The carpet was fairly dirty. Had not been vacuumed in the corners at all. Bedding was clean. I felt safe there. There are bums in the parking lot. Water pressure is great. Breakfast was not good.

The elevator wasn´t working at night, we had 7 bags with us and we had to carry them upstairs through the stairs

It is located just beside Walmart and some restaurants, which were so nice. However, my room was not clean at all. The floor was full of pet hair and food. i would not stay at this property again.
