2025年5月8日早上退房時，我在明尼阿波利斯市中心的 Hampton Inn 遇到極其不尊重的前台員工。我禮貌詢問是否可以寄存行李，該員工不僅翻白眼、露出不屑的神情，還直接拒絕我並在我離開時嘲笑我。但我隨後看到他卻在幫助其他客人寄存行李。作為一名國際商務旅客，這是我第七次來美國，第三次來明尼蘇達，也是我第一次親身經歷這種公開敵意。 在我正式投訴後，酒店管理層回覆承認問題並記錄在員工檔案中，並表示會改進培訓與內部監督。酒店也承諾作為補償給予我 Hilton Honors 積分，但截至目前我仍未收到積分。雖然房費無法退還，我本也並非為了退款，但希望此事能引起重視，避免其他客人再遭遇類似的待遇。 我一直信任希爾頓品牌，也希望這家門店能真正做到他們承諾的“包容與尊重”。

โรงแรมเป็นไฮไลท์ของการเดินทางกับห้างสรรพสินค้าแห่งอเมริกา !! ชอบที่จะพักในตัวเมืองพร้อมบริการที่ดีเยี่ยมและห้องออกกำลังกายก็มีอุปกรณ์มากกว่าที่ฉันคิดไว้ (bench press, ดัมเบล, คาร์ดิโอ, เคเบิลทีวี)

不算愉快的經歷，訂單上註明不要角落房 還是給了角落房房間很小，衣櫃門被椅子完全擋住；衞生間很大但是放洗漱用品的枱麪很小不知道是什麼設計；重點來了，在攜程訂的兩晚帶早餐，可酒店一口咬定説不帶早餐，我要求他們去確認一下並把中英文訂單給他看，可確認完仍説沒有早餐，沒辦法衹好聯繫攜程 在此表揚一下攜程客服，溝通及時協調也很積極，在酒店仍堅持説沒有的情況下提出補償，直到當天晚上很晚酒店才確認説帶早餐但是有限額，就很無語…酒店離學校很近，住的學生老師很多，但這種服務不敢恭維…

First off, I was charged an extra “historic building” fee when I checked in. When I questioned it, I was told it was because I didn’t use their website to book. The room was ok, no hairdryer. There was an almost constant loud him coming from the bathroom wall. Nice view of the river but awakened at 4 am by people yelling and fighting somewhere. Restaurant only serves breakfast on weekends and we were unable to find any open places for breakfast within walking distance. Wasn’t a terrible stay but I wouldn’t go back.

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!

We had a very brief day at the Moxy. Seemed like a fun place with lots of games in the lobby and a cleverly set up room that was quite comfortable. The staff sent us to a very good breakfast nearby at the Breakfast Club which we really enjoyed. Appreciated the suggestion!

The hotel is close to the Target Center (10 minutes by foot - good option for a Timberwolves game). The room is Spacious.., with a comfortable king bed and a good shower as well. The breakfast is fair…, American standard..! I’d stay again..!!

One of the best location to stay in at downtown Minneapolis! So close to everything and with convenient private parking. Easy to get around places just by walking.

Hotel is in good location, close to the university. Metro station just next to the hotel that very convrnience to go to downtown, mall of Amercia, etc. Hotel room is a little bit old, but clean. Breakfast is basic and sufficient choice. Service is amercia standard, that can't compare to Asian style, such as Japan, Hong Hong, Thailand, etc.
