ใกล้สนามบินไมอามี่และมีรถรับส่งฟรี ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่พร้อมไมโครเวฟ เตากระจก เครื่องชงกาแฟ ตู้เย็นขนาดใหญ่ เตียงขนาดคิงไซส์และโซฟา สระว่ายน้ําสวยริมสระน้ํา ปัญหาเดียวคือ wifi แย่และอาหารเช้าก็โอเค

ข้อดี: ห้องพักสะอาดโอเค นอนหลับสบาย โต๊ะทำงานดีมาก ไวไฟพอใช้ได้ รถรับส่งสนามบินก็ดีด้วย ข้อเสีย: ไม่มีกาแฟให้ และมีกางเกงว่ายน้ำของคนอื่นทิ้งไว้ในห้องน้ำ เราโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับ พวกเขาบอกว่าจะมีคนมาเอากาแฟให้และเอากางเกงว่ายน้ำออก แต่ก็ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมนี้ไม่ได้รับการดูแลรักษาอย่างดี มีรูโหว่บนทางเดิน - อย่าไปมองใกล้ ๆ เลยดีกว่า โดยรวมแล้ว ราคาแพงเกินไป แต่ก็ไม่มีตัวเลือกมากนักใกล้สนามบิน 🤷♀️

Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel.

I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

เมื่อพิจารณาจากราคาแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก เพราะทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม แถมที่จอดรถยังฟรีอีกด้วย!

ห้องพัก ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และทุกอย่างดีมาก แต่เสียดายที่รถรับส่งฟรีไปสนามบินช้ามาก เพราะต้องโทรไปรอรับ ใช้เวลาประมาณ 15-25 นาทีถึงสนามบิน ถ้าไม่มีเบอร์มือถือของสหรัฐฯ ซึ่งไม่ค่อยมีบ่อยนักตอนเป็นนักท่องเที่ยว คงจะโทรไปที่โรงแรมลำบาก

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
