"ห้องเล็กกว่าที่คิดไว้ แต่เห็นโรงแรมสะอาด บริการดี ใจกลางเมืองอิสตันบูล เดินทางง่าย ออกจากโรงแรมสามารถไปเดินเล่นในสแควร์ได้เลย อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างหลากหลาย และมีอาหารแบบยุโรปอยู่ด้วย ไม่ใช่แค่อาหารพื้นเมืองแบบตุรกี"

"We stayed here as a family with a young child. The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room than the one we booked, but they charged extra for our 8-year-old for the entire stay. This seems to be their policy, but it felt unnecessary since the child stayed with us in the same room on the same bed. We had to change rooms during our stay. The second room was good overall. The swimming pool was small, not heated, and although the sign said it opens at 11 a.m., access was only allowed from 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. This was disappointing, especially for guests on their checking out day . Although advertised as a 4-star hotel, I would classify it closer to 3 stars. The reception staff were generally polite and smiling, though sometimes came across as slightly rude. Free tea and coffee are available 24 hours, which is nice, but again, the staff attitude was not very welcoming. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the tram station. Breakfast was decent—satisfactory overall, though not particularly impressive. Service and facilities not matching 4-star expectations."

"Booked two room with the hotel and they were met with expectations. Tho rooms are on the smaller side, we wanted a very central location with close proximity to public transportations, Hotel Niles is perfect. The rooms were very clean and with mini fridge and the ability to open the window. The staff are friendly and helpful so I highly recommend this hotel to travellers."

"Ubicacion excelente para ir andando a casi todos los lugares de interes. La linea T1 está justo detras. Limpieza adecuada. Servicio y personal muy amable y atento. Muy bien y el desayuno variado en un buen jardin. La habitación era pequeña, apenas cabia la maleta abierta. Si para ti no es un problema entonces es tu hotel. Para ir andando a la mezquita de Sofia no hagais caso al maps o mapas, te llevaran por unas calles feas. Es mejor salir a la principal por donde el circula el tranvia y no tiene pérdida. Justo por la “Food Stret”"

"Personnel très accueillant et agréable, emplacement parfait juste à coter du grand bazar et d'une station de tramway donc très pratique. L'hôtel sent très bon c'est très agréable et la chambre pour deux est suffisante. En revanche il y a un boîtier et des prises en plein milieu de la tête de lit ce n'est pas du tout agréable et le boîtier de la carte de la chambre clignote constamment la nuit... La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer ce qui est dommage et la literie n'est pas très confortable. Pour une à deux nuits cela convient."
