แม้ว่าการตกแต่งจะทันสมัยและความสะอาดเป็นที่น่าพอใจ แต่ก็มีประสบการณ์หลายด้านที่เกินความคาดหมาย ประการแรก การขาดถ้วยขนาดที่เหมาะสมสําหรับเครื่องชงกาแฟเป็นความไม่สะดวกที่โดดเด่น แม้จะให้กาแฟ แต่การขาดถ้วยที่สอดคล้องกันทําให้เครื่องใช้ไม่ได้ ซึ่งน่าผิดหวัง นอกจากนี้สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ําต่ํากว่ามาตรฐานเช่นราคาถูกผลิตภัณฑ์ทั่วไปที่พบในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตมากกว่าคุณภาพของอุปกรณ์อาบน้ําระดับโรงแรม อย่างไรก็ตามสิ่งที่ทําให้เราไม่พอใจอย่างแท้จริงคือทัศนคติการบริการที่ไม่ดีของเจ้าบ้าน เมื่อเราสื่อสารกับความล่าช้าของเที่ยวบินล่าช้าโฮสต์ก็รีบปิดการโทรระหว่างการสนทนาของเราและแสดงให้เห็นถึงความไม่เพียงพอของความเป็นมืออาชีพและความสุภาพ นอกจากนี้ ความไม่สอดคล้องกันเกี่ยวกับเวลาเช็คเอาต์ยังน่าผิดหวังอย่างยิ่ง ตอนแรกแจ้งเช็คเอาต์เวลา 14.00 น. ต่อมาเราได้รับแจ้งเวลาแก้ไขเวลา 12.00 น. และเจ้าภาพทําให้การออกเสียง '2' และ '12' สับสน ในระหว่างที่เราพยายามที่จะชี้แจงความแตกต่างนี้เจ้าบ้านก็หยุดการโทรทันทีและปล่อยให้แฟนของฉันและฉันรู้สึกรีบร้อนและกดดันที่จะออกจากบ้าน โดยรวมแล้ว แม้ว่าบางด้านของที่พักจะเป็นที่น่าพอใจ แต่ประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็ถูกทําลายด้วยสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่ไม่เพียงพอและบริการที่ไม่เป็นมืออาชีพ

I had a very good stay at Nobel Design Hotel. The location is excellent for exploring Belgrade on foot, with easy access to the city’s main neighborhoods and attractions. The room was functional, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom may be a little on the small side, but it was still perfectly fine and well designed. The bed was very comfortable, which was a big plus after long days exploring the city. The TV worked perfectly and all the amenities met expectations. The breakfast was good and varied. The only small downside was that the staff could sometimes seem a bit rude or cold in their interactions, although this did not really affect the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it offers very good value for money, with an especially convenient location and a high level of comfort.

Very very friendly receptionists, both in the morning and evening. Very good recommendations on restaurants, places to visit and transport to get there. They know the area well! Breakfast is amazing, variety of selection and different options every day. Nice environment both inside the restaurant and in the conservatory, where the hot dishes are served. The room is nicely decorated. I have a room with separate stairs. The room in itself is separated from the rest to the hotel so I don’t hear any noise from neighbours, but I assume they would have a pretty good job at isolating noise. The room decoration is modern, plenty of amenities including separate bottles of shower gels, shampoo and body lotion (and even slippers!). Can’t take these for granted anymore in hotels. Location is excellent, ten-minute walk from the touristic area (eg. Republic square), plenty of options for buses and trolley buses around. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again when I go to Belgrade next time.

ฮิลตันนอกจากฮิลตันแล้ว แค่นั้นแหละ เมืองต่างพาเหรด ขบวนแห่อยู่ที่ทางเข้าหลักของโรงแรม หลังจากรอสี่ชั่วโมงข้างนอก ร้านค้าปิดและตํารวจปิดถนน ผู้คนแห่กันไป ดื่มน้ําที่แผนกต้อนรับอีกสองสามแก้ว ลอยอยู่หลายตาที่แผนกต้อนรับ ฉันไม่มีน้ําดื่มบนถนนเป็นเวลาสี่ชั่วโมงจริงๆ ฉันสามารถซื้อได้หรือไม่ ฉันไม่ได้ซื้อมัน ฉันไม่ได้บอกว่าฉันจะนําน้ําสองขวดมาดื่มสายนี้ เฮ้

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

Отличный, просторный номер. Изначально мне дали номер на 4м этаже, но на лифте туда не подняться, лифт ходит только до 3 этажа, я попросила замену на номер на 3м этаже, так как чемодан очень тяжёлый, до ресепшена тоже много степеней, это нужно учитывать, мне было тяжело. Мне заменили номер без проблем. Чистый номер, бар есть, многоуровневый свет, горячая вода без проблем. Район старого города. Дорога до отеля вымощена брусчаткой и подъехать к нему вплотную не получится. Придётся идти пешком около 300 метров. Рядом классные рестораны и кафе.

It is highly recommended and will be coming back! -Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available. - The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though - The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items. - Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy

สถานที่แห่งนี้สะอาดเงียบสงบและสะดวกสบายพนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนจาก Kalemegdan Park ซึ่งมีป้อมปราการเบลเกรดและสวนสัตว์ ฉันไม่เห็น นอกจากนี้ยังใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 5 นาทีจากใจกลางเมือง ถนนสายหลัก และศูนย์การค้า ถ้าฉันต้องปรับปรุง ฉันจะอัปเดตห้องน้ําเล็กน้อยและเพิ่มปลั๊ก USB ในห้อง... แค่นั้นแหละ

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
