ผผู้เข้าพักVery outstanding stay, can’t complain with all the services I received! The room is absolutely clean and spacious, with calm atmosphere and comfortable beds. The rooftop pool is great with wonderful food and beverages. We’re warm welcomed by all the hotel staff who are very kind and courteous. Special thanks to the housekeeping team member (Cherry, Sharmine, Melisa and Irene) their professionalism and the warm hand written card i received after their cleaning!!!! Also Kyle form the guest service team who helped us upgraded the room:)

JjlesinsI enjoy my stay with Maayo Hotel. The amenities is great, thr location is good too. I can see the Mactan Bridge as well as the sea. They have a pool and I enjoyed my time swimming in there. 10/10 for Maayo!

ห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่ แต่สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกส่วนใหญ่เก่า จู่ๆ อ่างล้างหน้าก็พังและก๊อกน้ําก็เก่ามาก ตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กเป็นสนิม เครื่องปรับอากาศล้าสมัยและมีเสียงดัง หัวฝักบัวก็หยด
ไม่มีรองเท้าแตะและยาสีฟัน/แปรงสีฟัน สิ่งเดียวที่พวกเขาให้คือสบู่ขนาดเล็ก แชมพู/ครีมนวดผม และทิชชู่ในห้องน้ําม้วน
แม่บ้านลุงใจดีมากและตอบสนองอย่างมีความสุขกับคําขอของเราด้วยสัมผัสพิเศษ ขอขอบคุณ.

EElla L.The hotel looks nice, and the staff are generally friendly and smiling, especially the doorman and the guard who were always ready to help get a cab. Its location is convenient, just about 6 minutes away from SM J Mall.
However, there were a few disappointments. The photos showed amenities like slippers, but there were none during our stay. The hot shower also wasn’t hot. I originally booked 5 nights for a Superior Executive Room through Trip.com at ₱1,954 per night. Later, I decided to extend for 1 more night, but the front desk charged me over ₱2,900 for that additional night. When I asked why, mentioning that the Trip.com rate was still ₱1,954, the staff advised me to book directly with them instead of using the app, saying it would be “easier.” Unfortunately, that advice wasn’t helpful, and I ended up paying the higher rate.
The price difference between ₱1,954 and ₱2,900 for the same room left me very disappointed, and I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

ผผู้เข้าพักmy shower won’t turn off and I requested assistance to turn it off before i went out for my event. that was past 6 in the morning. when i went back at 9pm, the shower is still on. no one went to repair it even tho the man on the front desk asked permission if he can go inside which I approved.
requested for a toothbrush the same night, told me their toiletry delivery is still not available.
2 outlets: 1 don’t function and the other functions. Their similarities? They are all far the bed.

They let me change it to premium but gave me smaller room and they only let me have 2 excess person. not really a good deal as it's only have 1king bed and had to pay for extra 2people, 2 blankets php 400 and sleep on the floor. The family enjoys which is the main thing.

BBaxmehI have few things to say about my stay in RedDoorz New Era.
First, I made a request for an early check in 4 or 5 weeks ago because my flight was scheduled to arrive at 8am. I reached at the hotel at around 9am but the reception asked me for an additional charge of 500 pesos which for me was such a big amount considering the cost of the overnight stay. I booked the hotel at US$14 (around 800 pesos a night) plus 500 pesos (around $9). The older receptionist just needs a lot of money.
Second, the red pillows were very smelly. I guess they never wash or change it's pillow case cause the sweat of previous guests still stuck in them.
Third, The hotel doesn't have slippers so you should bring your own. There's no hooks or anything that you can hang towel or something inside the bathroom as well.
And lastly, the housekeeper keeps on shouting and knocking... no, it's banging the door in the morning at around 10:10am just to ask if I am extending my stay. It was very distracting and unethical. If a guest has plans to extend, I guess he/she is responsible enough to inform the receptionist, otherwise, it is understood that he/she is leaving.
There's one thing though that this hotel is fair enough during my stay, the am shift guard was quite helpful.
Overall assessment is not recommended. You can find a much better hotels (budget hotels) around Cebu city and mandaue.
