โรงแรมใกล้สถานี MRT นอร์ทอเวนิว

We recently stayed for 8 nights at Alino in their Premium Queen room, we were in the city for our holiday visiting friends and family. What we liked: - Room is clean since its a brand new hotel - caring and attentive staff -- really living up to its name which is Alagang Filipino. - there is an available Laundromat so you can do your own laundry wash and dry with a fee per load - their Filipino breakfast is great for esp for OFWs, option for in room dining and continental or american breakfast for foreigners - they are very open to hearing feedback and try their best to address these. What we hope for improvement - the drive way: cars exiting, esp lower cars, the bumper of cars skid as they exit and damages the cars - our room was near the elevator, so we had trouble sleeping in as we can hear everything that happens outside the room including the elevator sounds and all people coming in and out of the floor. - consider adding elevator and hallway perfume Other than that, we think we have found the best place to stay everytime we come and visit the city.

Perfect as always. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, nice interior and perfect breakfast, price is reasonable too! Location is perfect in quezon city. I just hope the noise reduction will be improved cause I can hear everything from food steps on floor above to knocks and voices from other rooms.

การเช็คอินเป็นเรื่องง่ายเพราะดำเนินการที่แผนกต้อนรับบนชั้นคลับ พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นเลิศในการช่วยฉันเช็คอินได้อย่างราบรื่นและจัดเตรียมกระเป๋าเดินทางของฉันให้ถูกส่งไปยังห้องสวีทหัวมุมที่ฉันจองไว้เพื่อเข้าพัก ห้องสวีทมีขนาดใหญ่และเฟอร์นิเจอร์ก็ค่อนข้างใหม่ ห้องนอนสะดวกสบายและกว้างขวางเป็นพิเศษ ห้องน้ำมีห้องสุขาแยกเป็นสัดส่วนและห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัวนอกเหนือจากอ่างอาบน้ำ มีตู้เสื้อผ้าแบบวอล์กอินด้วย มันยังเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและสะอาดอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ พนักงานต้อนรับบนชั้นคลับก็ยอดเยี่ยมมากและคอยดูแลทุกความต้องการของฉันและอำนวยความสะดวกตามคำขอของฉันตลอดการเข้าพัก โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่เงียบสงบเล็กน้อยแต่ก็สะดวกเพราะอยู่ติดกับห้างสรรพสินค้าขนาดเล็ก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือวิวจากห้องสวีทของฉันไม่ค่อยน่าพอใจนัก เพราะมองข้ามย่านที่ยากจนท่ามกลางตึกอพาร์ตเมนต์และสำนักงานที่กำลังจะมีขึ้นในพื้นที่นี้ โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันพอใจกับการเข้าพักของฉันมากและจะกลับมาที่โรงแรมเมื่อฉันกลับมาที่มะนิลาในเดือนหรือสองเดือนถัดไป

พนักงานบริการดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี ทำเลติดกับห้าง แหล่งช๊อปปิ้งชั้นนำ ห้องพักสะอาด มีครบทั้งไดร์เป่าผม เตารีด ห้องประชุมหลายขนาดให้เลือกใช้ และสวยงาม อาหารเช้าดี อร่อย คุณภาพดี

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

พนักงานก็ใจดี คอยทักทายเป็นระยะๆ ห้องพักสะอาด..มีปัญหาเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เช่น cr lock พัง

อาจเป็นสถานที่ที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักในมะนิลาเพราะเป็นโรงแรมอพาร์ทเมนท์ดังนั้นคุณจะได้รับทุกอย่างและห้องออกกําลังกาย คุ้มค่ามาก ตรงหัวมุมของสถานีขนส่งคิวบาและห้างสรรพสินค้าเกตเวย์ พื้นที่ที่วุ่นวายและสกปรกเล็กน้อย

The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!) Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
