"* Upon arrival, the air conditioning unit in our villa was not properly maintained. The filter was extremely dirty and clogged, causing excessive noise and poor performance. We had to clean it ourselves in order to use it. * There is little to no mobile signal in the area, and the WiFi connection has been unreliable due to ongoing maintenance, making it very difficult to stay connected. * There has been significant noise disturbance from construction work directly behind our villa, including the use of loud power tools throughout most of the day over several days. * We were only informed about a wedding taking place upon check-in. As a result, we were unable to use the sunbeds located outside our villa and had to relocate further away. Also due to the wedding taking place, the hotel had to make many soundchecks during the day before, playing very loud music which made it hard to relax on the beach. The wedding guests (80+ people) were allowed to use the villa next to us, as their designated toilet, which caused a lot of back and forth from the weddings guests right by our villa. This made it difficult to relax. * Additionally, we find that the restaurant prices are quite high compared to the quality of the food. For example, breakfast at 800 PHP did not meet basic expectations, as even simple items such as cheese and ham for bread were missing. I’m also sorry to say that the chicken adobo is tasteless, and on the menu it says the menu has been created by a Michelin chef. My mango daquiri tasted only of alcohol, so I had to ask for one with less alcohol. As a certified bartender, that is unacceptable. Even the French fries were not done properly as they needed more time in the oven (I think that’s what they used to make them at least, I would prefer if they were fried in oil though). However, very good mango shakes. * We would also like to mention that the access roads leading to the property are in very poor condition. The roads consist mainly of uneven gravel and are full of deep potholes, which make driving quite difficult and uncomfortable. In some areas, it is only possible to drive at around 10 km/h due to the condition of the road. We believe that the roads would greatly benefit from proper maintenance or being paved with cement, as this would significantly improve accessibility and the overall guest experience. We understand that some of these issues may be temporary or unforeseen, but taken together they have had a significant impact on our stay. However I would really like to highlight Hazel from the reception at the Nacpan Beach Villas. She was really sweet and thorough when we had any questions and went the extra mile for us. She deserves a raise. Please let her know we were really happy with her and really appreciated her."

"This place is truly a little corner of paradise. It’s almost impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and how special this place is. The owners — an Englishman and a Filipina — are the perfect mix of warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. They genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and are happy to accommodate almost any request, always in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The air conditioning is quiet, the mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and everything you might need is provided — right down to shower gel and a toothbrush. The hotel is still relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. There are free SUP boards for guests, and you can also rent a scooter from the hotel if you feel like exploring El Nido for the day. And then there’s the food… that deserves a review of its own! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. You can order fresh seafood, or even buy it yourself and have the team prepare it for you. My husband loves grilling, so we arranged to get some meat and had our own little BBQ evening. One of the staff members was genuinely excited to help and learn how it’s done — such a small moment, but incredibly warm and touching. My husband also wanted to go fishing, and the local fishermen were happy to take him along. Unfortunately, we simply didn’t have enough time during our stay, but knowing that such experiences were so easily arranged made the place feel even more special. That’s the beauty of a small boutique hotel like this. Unlike huge resorts, they can actually respond to the individual wishes of their guests and make you feel personally cared for. At the same time, there is absolutely no pressure to socialize. Everything is beautifully balanced: if you want to chat, there’s always someone happy to talk to; if you want privacy, you’ll have complete peace and seclusion. It truly feels like your own little paradise. If we ever return to El Nido, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the whole team for such a memorable stay. "This hostel is right at the beach . The personnel is wonderful and very helpful . The rooms are ok but my advice would be not to have the ones with the curtains as this hostel is a party hostel and it tend to be very noisy at night . They provide good food at a reasonable price and a free breakfast who is very good ( the pork Tocino is perfect ) They don’t provide transportation from airport to the hostel but the other way round is possible and will cost you 400 peso. There is no hot water in the whole hostel ( not really needed for shower ) but take it into consideration is you eve need to do laundry. At night this hostel is very lively and have a lot of activities like beer pong or quizz which makes it not hard to get on well with other customers . Finally I will definitely recommend this hostel to those who like to party and have a great time in el nido , for families it might be too noisy . Overall a great experience"

"Остались в восторге от отеля, небольшой, чистый, весь в зелени. Персонал просто необычайно добрый и услужливый. Находится недалеко от Nacpan Beach. Приехали и здесь же арендовали байк, очень красивые и сытные завтраки, удобный матрац, в номере есть все необходимое. Смело можем рекомендовать этот отель👍Хозяин также очень добрый и отзывчивый, отвез нас до автовокзала за 1000 песо на машине."

"Sea view room is on the third floor, a few palm trees in the way but you can still see the sea properly. Breakfast at the restaurant facing the water, go early and it’s not too busy. Hotel guests can also use the pool and gym in the glamping area next door, though it’s a bit of a walk and the pool is on the smaller side. When I got there the sun loungers were all taken, so I ended up at the free beach loungers instead. There’s open water right there, so honestly it worked out better. The bathroom is narrow and shower only. If you don’t want to get your hair wet there’s a good hairdryer provided, which helps."

"Топовая локация. Сразу красивая бухта. Пребывание омрачило отключение электричества и воды в первые сутки. Отель был не готов - кажется нет генератора, поэтому когда на острове проблема с электричеством, в отеле темно, хотя в соседних отелях включались генераторы. По самому номеру - критики нет, приемлимо, хотя в номере есть муравьи и очень старый кондиционер. Но он работает, поэтому без минусов тут. Сервис минимальный и очень ненавязчивый. За 5 дней убирались один раз."

"Отель расположен на берегу моря в бухте с великолепным видом. Пляж немноголюдный. Подходит для уединенного, спокойного отдыха. Вдоль берега много ресторанчиков и кафешек. Готовят вкусно. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак -несколько видов амлета, фрукты и кофе или чай, очень вкусно. Вода чистая, песок, снорклить нужно ехать в другое место. В самом отеле можно взять в аренду байк, мы брали почти каждый день и ездили на соседние пляжи и в Эль Нидо. Очень понравилось и недорого. Хозяин очень внимательный и заботливый, советовал куда лучше поехать и что посмотреть!!!! Один минус- укусы мошкары на пляже, места укусов вздуваются и сильно чешутся, репиленты не помогают. В отстальном все очень понравилось. Также через хозяина заказывали экскурсию и такси в аэропорт. Он может организовать любой каприз!!! Мы заказывали местную рыбу и кальмаров, он нам все привез и тут же пожарил на гриле, было очень вкусно!!!!"

"It's quite challenging to go to the accommodation because of the bridge issue but the accommodation is recommended. It was cheap and the food there was really nice. People are too friendly and accommodating. It's so peaceful and relaxing. My best experience would be sitting on the hammock in the middle of the night while the wind blows. It's perfect with music or a book when you want to be alone. I would go back here when I want to escape again. Thank you Amwani!"

"Beautiful location! Quiet and relaxing. Fair bit out of town so best to rent a scooter for hire a tuktuk driver to take you out and in again if doing tours of wanting to explore out further. Staff are so friendly and kind, they’re also super helpful when you have any questions regarding your stay, things to do or getting around. Budget friendly and great for keen campers for the tent and cottage style stays."
