CChristina NkrumahThe best hotel experience! My partner and I were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we walked in, with cold facecloths to cool us down. The receptionists remember your name, and make booking tours, transport and other arrangements so easy! We booked tours, motorbike rental and even spa appointments through the front desk. My partner and I accidentally overbooked our stay, but the hotel allowed us to use the overbooked nights as credit for any bookings through them. The hotel is so clean, air-conditioned and well maintained, including room service. All the staff are so lovely and helpful with any questions and concerns. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and town, with short walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation to streamline your experience in el nido! Staying at this hotel added to our memorable experience of el nido that me and my partner will forever cherish. Thankyou especially to Remy, Elize and Pau 💗

The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcome. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. The natural beauty of Nacpan Beach is unparalleled, and the villa's location allows you to fully immerse yourself in this stunning environment. Whether it was a sunrise stroll along the shore or a sunset view from my room, every moment was picture-perfect. One of the most memorable experiences was gazing at the starry sky at night. The clear skies and lack of light pollution make it a perfect spot for stargazing. It was magical to see the stars so vividly, adding a special touch to my stay.

MMariaSWPiece Lio was a perfect choice!!! Amazing area, exceptional service and the room was better than we expected. We were very pleasantly surprised. Before choosing this hotel I read some reviews about not the best food options. I am not sure if they changed something but for food options we were offered only continental or English breakfast that was cooked for us fresh and was very good. Too much food if you ask me. We never finished it all. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from along the beach. We had the best time there!

JJustUsExploringWe stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

But the hotel itself was too expensive for what you get, the room smelled like urine and when we told the staff they’d put in a air refresher that gave of a really strong sweet smell for a couple of hours and after that the urine smell was back again so they tried to cover it instead of fixing the problem. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. You should not eat or drink at the hotel as it is crazy expensive and you can get very nice food/coffee at a 2 minute walk.

I honestly never expected a hostel to deliver service comparable to a 4- or 5-star hotel, but they absolutely did. The place is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, making it a very comfortable stay. They also have everything you might need. Motorbike rentals are available on-site, and their laundry service is convenient and efficient. Their free breakfast every morning is great and will save you a lot of money. What truly stood out to me was the staff. I know they work in the hospitality industry, but they go above and beyond. They are genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I would definitely come back here and will gladly recommend this place to my friends and family. 11/10 experience!
