I love that our room is near the exit which leads to beach front. I suggest that they should have heater/hot water specially at night in the pool because it's soooo cold.
Buffet breakfast was so good and in our 3 days & 4 nights stay their dishes change. I also suggest that they should have a free take out food for guest that have early flight.
We stayed at Lola’s Lodge in Boracay and booked their new twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, with two beds and its own toilet and bath. It also had towels, air-conditioning and a fan, which made the stay very pleasant, especially after a long day at the beach.
For its price, the place is really affordable—only ₱1200 per night for 2 people, considering the excellent location. It’s right in D’Mall very close to Budget Mart and just a short walk to the beachfront, so everything you need is easily accessible.
Another thing we liked is that they have a shared kitchen which is convenient if you prefer to cook your own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.
Overall, Lola’s Lodge is a great budget-friendly option in Boracay. You get comfort, convenience, and a perfect location without spending too much. Highly recommended for travelers looking for value for money. Highly recommended and will book in the future.

Their service is good. If you have luggage, the location can be a bit of a hassle to get to, since some areas on the way to the hotel are bumpy. I raised an issue with the heater/shower, and they addressed it promptly. Overall, this hotel offers good value for its price and service. In addition, there are discount deals tied to this hotel—just ask them about it!

This is our second time staying at Giulius Boracay Italian Resort, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect — very close to everything you need: D’Mall, the beach, restaurants, and transportation.
The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also love that the resort has a pool for swimming, which is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Another big plus is that they allow guests to borrow banig and towels to bring to the beach, which is super convenient!
We truly enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come back on our next Boracay trip. Highly recommended!
We stayed at Hotel Belmont Boracay for four nights. The staff was genuinely top-notch! They kindly provided an early check-in after our extremely last-minute booking, which was incredibly helpful.
We loved the peaceful, isolated location and having a private beach nearby was a big plus, though we wish the shuttle service schedule was more frequent.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by room problems. Our original room on the 5th floor was extremely humid to the point where the floors and walls were visibly wet. We complained, and a technician was sent who changed the AC to a freezing 14°C… which apparently was the only way to reduce the dampness, but it made the room uncomfortably cold for sleeping.
Only after the first night did they agree to move us. While the second room was much better with the humidity, the cleaning was severely lacking:
· We found a lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom.
· None of the amenities were switched out (face tissues, toilet tissues, tea bags).
· Most disturbingly, the shower smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unfortunate.
This showed us the hotel clearly knows about the humidity issue but didn't proactively switch us, and the room change felt rushed without proper housekeeping. The breakfast was good, not bad.
Belmont is a hotel with extremely wonderful staff in a great location, but let down by critical maintenance and cleanliness failures. Double-check your room immediately upon arrival.

Немного не понравился завтрак и чистота скатертей на завтраке. Кровать и подушки удобные, кондиционер комфортный. Пляж, лежаки и полотенца, бассейн в отеле Coast, можно пользоваться без ограничений. Сервис на пляже также превосходный, такого ещё не видели.

Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.
KKate0927The hotel amenities were good and the property itself is nice. However, our experience was seriously affected by a very hassle and poorly handled check-in process.
During check-in, the staff lost my driver’s license and initially did not take accountability. It was only after they investigated and realized it was their fault that the issue was acknowledged. Despite this, no compensation, apology gesture, or service recovery was provided.
What made the situation worse is that we were travelling with a baby. The lobby was not air-conditioned, causing our baby to sweat excessively, and our baby already had allergies. Despite seeing this, the manager did not even offer to check us in first while they were looking for my license, nor did they show any sense of urgency or concern.
The manager’s customer service was poor and the situation was handled unprofessionally.
Overall, while the amenities are good, the lack of accountability, empathy, and proper customer service greatly impacted our stay.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect.
