I enjoyed my stay at the hotel actually. Yes, it is situated not on the White beach, but it's 2 min walk from the Cagban jetty port. Very quiet and cozy, welcoming and helpful owners
Super nice ang hotel nila at mabait ang mga staff po napakaaccomodating, next visit ko sa bora dito ulit ako magstay. Super recommended po ng hotel nila. Sarap pa ng free breakfast . Walking distance lang sa beach.
The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. The host is very helpful and helps with everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this property. Best regards, Kinga and Daria ;))
First of all this is a hotel next to big truck parking which is active even during the night time. My room on the 6th floor was repainted white color but the quality of the repainting is low. On the wall you see that someone uses white color after repainting.
Food on the rooftop is of a very high quality possible 4 star hotel. French toast is very good but Italian pizza Is average.
The area is very poor and looks dangerous as well road looks like in African poor counties but I use a tricycle to come from the port and to the airport.
Решили остановиться здесь из-за расположения — отель прям через дорогу от морского порта и всего 7 минут от аэропорта. Для транзита или раннего вылета идеально, это жирный плюс.
Сам отель новый (или недавно обновляли), видно по покраске и мебели. Постельное хорошее, комната не крошечная, душевая относительно просторная. Кондиционер дует мощно. Рядом в соседнем доме Ватсон (косметика, всякая нужная мелочь) и через дорогу 7/11 — если срочно что-то забыли, бежать близко.
Из минусов — еда. Кафе поблизости нет вообще. Либо местная забегаловка с трансжирами (типа KFC, только местный колорит), либо хот-доги из 7/11. Неделю тут не проживёшь, но переночевать — ок.
В номере нет чайника. Вроде фигня ведь на этаже есть кулер. НО! Горячая вода в кулере на нашем этаже не работала, так что за кипятком приходилось спускаться по лестнице на соседний. Мелочь, а неприятно.
Следующий минус — вода в душе. Вечером её просто нет. Ни холодной, ни горячей — одна капля, как будто кто-то решил сэкономить. Хочешь помыться после дороги? Жди до 5 утра. Вот тогда напор просыпается вместе с петухами. (Без шуток, так и делали!)
И отдельная песня — лифт. Ребята, это треш. Лифт застревает и ломается постоянно. Мы с четвертого этажа с огромными чемоданами наматывали круги по лестнице — это ещё ладно. Но утром, когда надо было срочно выезжать в аэропорт, мы застряли в лифте с чемоданами. Как в плохом кино! Я вообще панически боюсь застревать, а тут ещё и время поджимает, и мысли — а вдруг надолго? В общем, спасибо, что починили, но осадочек остался знатный.
Вердикт: Отель на один раз — если нужно близко к порту и аэропорту. Но только если повезёт с водой и лифт не решит устроить вам экстрим. Администрация, лифт — это не шутки, это безопасность, примите меры !!
The hotel has a very large and beautiful territory. The room was large and clean. The hotel is located far from the center, but there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the D Mall and brings you back from there at any time. Water in the rooms is paid.

Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
• Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
• Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
• Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.
