ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

TTimminsTotally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

JJon BarfootThe Crowne Plaza is always my go-to in Lima due ro the convenience of the location to all the restaurants and bars in the Miraflores district that make the Lima experience what it should be. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and the decor of the room is confortable without being too fancy. The guest services here are exceptional and the breakfast is the best meal of the day with a huge range of options.

DDawei 007The location in Barranco is perfect. Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭 Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here

DDawei 007I choose this hostel as it seemed near to the airport. Be warned the area is dire. One night here is enough! Saying tbat the hostel was very welcoming with lovely staff. Room was a good size, clean. Only negative there was no hot water for a shower. Breakfast was simple but for the price you pay very good value. I would stay here again if I had an early flight to catch or was arriving late. DO NOT USE the guys outside airport for a taxi THEY WILL rip you off.UBER and CABIFY both work well, stick with them!👍
