EXCELLENT HOTEL IN LIMA, EXCELLENT LOCATION, WITH MANY RESTAURANTS, BAKERIES, CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. THEY STILL OFFER AN INCLUDED EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. MY ROOM WAS JUST EXCELLENT. THE ROOM SERVICE EXCELLENT, THE CLEANING SERVICE JUST AWESOME.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Most of the food tastes great, I've only really tried the seafood so I can vouch for that. The juice and fruits are amazing. Housekeeping is quite effective. The location is really nice, Starbucks right next door, a few really nice restaurants nearby. On the other hand, the AC didn't work. The room had an unpleasant smell in one particular area. The view was okay but it wasn't what we were shown while booking the room online, that was a big disappointment. They hosted two parties while we were there, for two special occasions. It didn't really bother us so if you like parties well you'll like it.

This hotel was very comfortable and pleasant for our recent stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The room was a little dark and dated but had plenty of storage space and a comfortable sofa. The location is quite handy and the view from the room was lovely.

very good - good location under the circumstances of COVID staff was very helpful and attentive to help any concerns and help with any requests. Starbucks was a good addition to the location being right next door
