Отель недавно построен, новый! Завтрак вкусный, выбор стандартный для Марокко. Отличный спа, записались по приезду, сразу же пошли в хаммам и на массаж лица - рекомендую для отдыха после перелета. Хорошая большая ванная комната, хорошие спа-средства. Отель в хорошем спокойном респектабельном районе, рядом много ресторанов и банков. Единственное, на мой взгляд, в отеле 5 звезд не может быть вида на помойку и двор-колодец, это странно, для такого ценника. Также номер очень маленький, для одной ночи нормально, но больше - было бы тесно вдвоем.

Staying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm. The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

У отеля очень удобное местоположение, рядом ж/д станция, остановка трамвая, торговый центр, набережная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Номер небольшой, но все очень продумано. Удобная кровать, пуховые одеяла и подушки, все способствует отдыху после длительных прогулок. Местами требуется косметический ремонт, ну и могло бы быть почище, но в целом на качестве отдыха это не отразилось. Отель нам понравился.

The location is great for walkable everywhere we wanted to go. The room has most of things that we needed. We felt that something can be improved is that the room cleaning person should make sure to fill up little things such as toilet paper, shower towels, and washing soap etc. other than that we are happy to staying.

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน เตียงนอนแข็ง พักห้องเตียงคู่พร้อมน้องสาว ห้องพักมีผ้าเช็ดตัว 2 ผืน เจลอาบน้ำ และสบู่ล้างมือ หมอนค่อนข้างแบน เครื่องปรับอากาศทำงานช้า ไม่มีตู้เย็น ไม่มีน้ำขวด ไม่มีกาต้มน้ำ ไม่มีพรมเช็ดเท้าและไม่มีผ้าเช็ดมือ เพียงพอสำหรับพัก 1 คืนสำหรับชาวเอเชียเท่านั้น
