A beautiful hotel, well designed and well placed to get to the main places to visit in Casablanca. The staff on reception and the concierge were delightful, smiley and cheerful always- we really appreciated it. The dining area staff we encountered were not as cheery or helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, a meagre selection and not appealing. We didn’t like the fact that we had to wait to be served drinks in the morning, hot water, tea and coffee should be on tap for multiple visits during breakfast. The person behind the drinks bar was slow to take and make the orders and not particularly helpful- some cafetières or tea and coffee dispensers would remedy this. The room itself had a few cosmetic imperfections and could do with a deep clean, including the walls. We were surprised to see a lack of bidet showers in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and not in keeping with the culture we were expecting. Finally, the water went off a couple of times and the lifts were not in working on one occasion, both were rectified fairly quickly, but it was an inconvenience as we were not able to complete our morning ablutions.

Staying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm. The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!

Прекрасные апартаменты. Очень чисто. Место расположения на 100 баллов, прямо из окон мечеть видна) Набережная через дорогу. Если еще раз буду в Касабланке, однозначно тут остановлюсь) Благодарю за прекрасные впечатления.

รู้สึกเหมือนกลับมาที่จีน การบริการที่เอาใจใส่ที่ฉันไม่ได้เห็นมานาน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่สะดวกสบาย แม้แต่ซ็อกเก็ตก็ไม่จำเป็นต้องดัดแปลง เจ้านายมีความกระตือรือร้นมากและคุณยังสามารถทานอาหารจีนแสนอร่อยได้อีกด้วย อาหาร ฉันจะพักที่นี่อีกในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันมาโมร็อกโก สมควรได้รับคะแนนห้าดาว

Отель очень уставший!!! Никак не оправдывает своё название. Мебель старая, материал обивки стульев в буфет не чистился со дня основания. Ходили в бассейн не работала ни одна гидромассажная установка, очень низкий потолок, теплая вода как в ванной не позволяет освежиться. Поздний выезд до 17:30 обошелся практически в суточную стоимость номера, трансфер в аэропорт также.

La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien entretenue, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable. Le service des clients était excellent, avec un personnel accueillant, attentif et toujours prêt à aider. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, proche de tous les sites touristiques, des restaurants et des moyens de transport, ce qui facilite beaucoup les déplacements. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation 😊

My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel. Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long. Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints. Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.
