Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

ห้องพักกว้างไม่อึดอัด สะอาด เตียงใหญ่ น้ำร้อนในห้องน้ำไหลแรง และร้อนสม่ำเสมอ เหมาะกับการอาบน้ำหลังเดินเที่ยวมาเหนื่อยๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งโรงแรมไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ Firenze Santa Maria Novella เดินไม่เกิน 10 นาที และหน้าโรงแรมเป็นสถานีรถรางเลย อาหารเช้าอร่อย หลากหลาย และมีไอศครีมชีสเป็นของหวานด้วย

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม อยู่ใจกลางเมืองเซียนาและสถานีรถไฟพอดี ทั้งห้องน้ำและห้องนอนสะอาด มีปลั๊กไฟอยู่ใกล้เตียง ฉันต้องปลดล็อกประตูหลายบานเพื่อเข้าไปในห้อง แต่พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าได้อธิบายทุกอย่างอย่างใจดี

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวก ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟเพียง 7 นาที และห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์ Ufutzi เพียง 10 นาที แต่หาค่อนข้างยากเพราะไม่มีป้ายบอกทาง! ถึงแม้จะอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 10 เมตร แต่ฉันก็หาไม่เจอหลังจากเดินไปเดินมา ฉันถามพนักงานโรงแรมที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ ซึ่งชี้ไปที่ประตูเล็กๆ แล้วบอกว่า ”อยู่ตรงนั้น” ฉันกดอินเตอร์คอม พนักงานก็เปิดประตู ฉันจึงขึ้นไปชั้นสามเพื่อเช็คอิน ห้องพักน่ารักมาก และเมื่อฉันแจ้งว่าจะออกเดินทางแต่เช้า พวกเขาก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก บอกว่าสามารถเตรียมอาหารเช้าที่ร้านอาหารเช้าและนำมาส่งให้ในวันก่อนหน้าได้ มีห้องอาบน้ำ ตู้เย็น และน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดให้บนเตียง เมื่อออกจากห้องและขึ้นไปชั้นบนจะพบกับระเบียงส่วนกลางที่มองเห็นวิวหลังคาบ้านเรือนในเมืองโบราณ หากการเช็คอินราบรื่น การเข้าพักครั้งนี้จะเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

นั่งรถรางจากสถานีรถไฟฟลอเรนซ์มาถึงโรงแรมใช้เวลาประมาณ 20 นาที หลังจากขึ้นรถรางแล้วจะใช้เวลาเดินถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 10 นาที เราสองคนลากกระเป๋าไปสามใบทำเอาเราเขินเล็กน้อย และไม่มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารไม่กี่แห่งใกล้กับโรงแรม อย่างไรก็ตาม โรงแรมดีกว่าห้องพัก สามารถเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางได้ครั้งละสามใบ พื้นที่ยังเพียงพอ

Excelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
