One of the highlights of my stay was the in-house restaurant, Chirp. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of flavors that left me wanting more after every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. "booked room as someone was admitted in Deenanath mangeshkar hospital , The manager and staff are very friendly and understanding. though they have some rules but they were understanding in helping us with early checkin , letting my father in-law wait in room when my daughter was asleep in afternoon. breakfast is good and also rooms are compact but good with cleanliness and hot water round the clock. A good and happy experience overall."

"They say they are renovating rooms but what they have done is paint the room & change the light. Bedsheets & towels have holes & are yellow coloured. They don’t have rooms or some arrangement for senior citizens, stay, nor do they give rooms to senior citizens near the lift. They have typical Puneri attitude - “take what we are offering you or go elsewhere” as I feed they know they get good business, so they give a dam to feedback/reviews."

She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable."
