"Had an excellent stay. Service was top notch. We were greeted very courteously at the reception by Sanika . She made sure everything was sorted and took us to the room. All the amenities weee excellent. At swimming pool sharif really went out of his way while dealing with my son. Even restaurant food was really good We were served very well by Athul there"

"The hotel looks very quaint with lots of heritage. It has a resort feel with gorgeous yellow coloured umbrellas and sunbed at the pool area. Good breakfast spread. What could be improved: the rooms and bed are quite old, an upgrade would be timely! In the toiler, u will need to shower in the bath tub not too friendly for elderly. But the staff are very friendly and food is good."

"We had very bad experience. When we arrived their there was not ready our one room. We have booked 2 delux rooms for 2 family. Most bitter thing was there was no one for take to responsible for guest. Finally we compalinted then they give room. The breakfast was awesome. And the restaurant staff was very cordial."

"This hotel is in the centre of old cochin town and the property is very decent with well maintained rooms. It's definitely value for money considering the facilities given at the price paid. We didn't have any problem during our 2 days stay at the property."

"I stayed in bloom boutique, fort kochi for the second time from october 10 and 11. Pleasant, quaint and quiet place in the busy matancherry area. Excellent staff and food (not a big variety but local cuisine well prepared) big thanks to the chef's ajith bhaskaran, arun kishore and abhijit sr who always serve with a smile. I really relished the kadala curry with putt and apam."

They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles.
