โรงแรมใกล้เฮบรอนสกูลอูตี

Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the food was truly delightful. โดยรวมแล้วทุกอย่างดีหมดยกเว้นปัญหาเดียว เราจองโรงแรมไว้ 4 คืน แต่เนื่องจากเหตุฉุกเฉินที่ไม่คาดคิด เราจึงต้องเช็คเอาท์ก่อนเวลาหนึ่งคืน น่าเสียดายที่ฝ่ายบริหารโรงแรมไม่ได้คืนเงินสําหรับคืนที่ไม่ได้ใช้ ซึ่งมีมูลค่าประมาณ 1,500 หยวน (ประมาณ ๑๕ ล้านบาท) สิ่งที่ทําให้ฉันผิดหวังมากที่สุดคือทัศนคติของผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกับคําขอยกเลิก ฉันยังส่งคําขอคืนเงินผ่าน Trip.com สองครั้ง แต่ทั้งสองถูกปฏิเสธ เลย์ การเข้าพักนั้นน่าพอใจ การขาดความยืดหยุ่นและการสนับสนุนลูกค้าในการจัดการกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินทําให้ความประทับใจเชิงลบมาก

I have found this property in make my trip. Absolutely this property maintain g clean and neat. The staffs also polite and humble. Main thing is car parking is too good and spacious. The view from the rooms also good
