We stayed at Divi Heritage Inn for 4 nights, and the location couldn’t have been better! It’s right in the center of all main attractions like the Rose Garden, Botanical Garden, and Tea & Chocolate Factory — we could even see the factory from our room. The mountain view from the balcony was beautiful, and restaurants were all within walking distance. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing it every day. However, a few things could be improved. When we arrived, the room smelled musty, pillow covers weren’t clean, and there was no running hot water unless we requested the staff to turn on the common geyser. We didn’t get towels or toiletries until the next evening, and the blanket had to be replaced because of a bad smell. The canteen didn’t look hygienic, so we preferred eating out. The staff was polite and helpful, but basic amenities like clean linen, hot water, and room kettle should be provided. With a little improvement in facilities, this hotel could easily be a great stay thanks to its amazing location and views.
