โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่ห้องพักมี จํากัด แต่บริการเป็นเพียงการชดเชยข้อเสียใด ๆ พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรมากบุฟเฟ่ต์ที่ดีทําเลที่ตั้งที่ดีหากคุณกําลังมองหาความสงบและความเงียบสงบถัดจากห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ดี สรุปแล้วเราพักอย่างดีเยี่ยม

ส่วนที่ดีที่สุดของการเข้าพักในโรงแรมของฉันอยู่ที่ร้านอาหารของโรงแรม ทานอาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้าที่นั่นและอาหารก็อร่อย โดยเฉพาะบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้ามีการแพร่กระจายที่ดี การบริการของร้านอาหารตั้งแต่พ่อครัวไปจนถึงบริกรนั้นน่ารื่นรมย์และเป็นมิตร กล่าวถึงบริการที่เอาใจใส่เป็นพิเศษจาก Sourav Rajesh Bhakat Srideep และ Triloka

ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานให้ห้องไม่ตรงกับห้องที่จองมา จองห้องแบบ 2 เตียงมา 8 ห้อง แต่พนักงานให้ห้อง 1 เตียงมาทุกห้อง ต้องวุ่นวายลงมาขอเปลี่ยน แย่มาก☹️

ที่พักที่ยอดเยี่ยม ชอบบริการอาหารตลอดวัน เมนูมีจำกัดแต่รสชาติอาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยม!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
