This hotel building had marked its golden jubilee. Well maintain and upgraded. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast with variety. Walkable to symphony hall, ICC, Mailbox. Chargable carpark by 3rd party via staircase underneath. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—situated right by the scenic canal district with stunning views and an incredible selection of great food options just steps away. Our room was wonderfully quiet, pristine, and well-cleaned throughout our stay, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. A major highlight was the hotel breakfast; the full English breakfast was fantastic and the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great views, delicious food, and a comfortable, quiet night's sleep!

มาพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน ห้องใหญ่ นอนสบาย เตียงนุ่มมาก ห้องน้ำสายเกินไปและต้องปล่อยน้ำร้อนไว้สักพักจึงจะร้อน กันเสียงได้ดีและไม่มีกลิ่น อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีน้ำผลไม้คั้นสด ดีต่อสุขภาพ และถูกสุขลักษณะมาก

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.
