"The dining room and bar area very cold did not appear to have any heating. Room 135 never did get any hot water as at the end of the corridor. Insufficient staff but those in attendance worked very hard."

"We asked to have a breakfast to take in the boat with us as we needed to leave at 7am, and it was refused. We asked only for 2 croissants as we paid the entire breakfast, and it was refused. Sometimes, a little effort is appreciated."

"We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Our room was ready in good time and free parking was also available at the front of the hotel. The twin bedded room met our needs. We were allocated one near to the lift as we had a lot of luggage for our forthcoming cruise. We were warned that the aircon was not working and a fan was supplied, which worked effectively. The breakfast was of good quality and there were plenty of food choices. Checkout was efficient."

"Standard room in the town centre, close to high street and bus/train station so very easy to get to. Located in a pub but was very quiet, has a beer garden and space for parking if needed. Spacious room for one person and has everything you need including a kettle, tv, wardrobe with plenty of storage, towels etc. Receptionists were kind and helpful, breakfast is available for extra but I didn't get it so cannot review."
