อาคารโรงแรมแห่งนี้ทําเครื่องหมาย Golden Jubilee ได้รับการดูแลและอัพเกรดเป็นอย่างดี ห้องกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้าแสนอร่อยและหลากหลาย สามารถเดินไปยังซิมโฟนีฮอลล์ ICC และกล่องจดหมาย บุคคลที่สามสามารถจอดรถได้โดยบันไดด้านล่าง ขอแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

โรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี ยินดีให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอเมื่อมีการร้องขอใด ๆ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาด พร้อมเตียงนุ่มสบายและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัย ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมยังสมบูรณ์แบบ สามารถเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารในบริเวณใกล้เคียงได้อย่างง่ายดาย โดยรวมแล้ว การพักที่โรงแรมนี้สนุกสนานอย่างแท้จริง และเราอยากจะแนะนำที่นี่ให้กับคนอื่นๆ เป็นอย่างยิ่ง

A lively hotel well situated for everything Birmingham has to offer. Great bar, good service, room was great, highly recommended.

มาพักที่นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองแล้ว ทำเลดีมาก อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน ห้องใหญ่ นอนสบาย เตียงนุ่มมาก ห้องน้ำสายเกินไปและต้องปล่อยน้ำร้อนไว้สักพักจึงจะร้อน กันเสียงได้ดีและไม่มีกลิ่น อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีน้ำผลไม้คั้นสด ดีต่อสุขภาพ และถูกสุขลักษณะมาก

พนักงานต้อนรับมืออาชีพเป็นกันเองมาก ไม่มีปัญหาในการเช็คอิน ห้องพร้อม เวลา 13.00 น. ห้องชั้น 6 หันหน้าไปทางสถานีรถไฟ ห้องพักกว้างขวางสะอาดมากมาก สิ่งเดียวที่มีเสียงดังคนนักเลงดังตามทางเดินช่วงเช้าตรู่ สามารถเก็บกระเป๋าเมื่อชำระเงินและรวบรวมในภายหลัง นี่เป็นการเข้าพักครั้งที่ 3 ของฉันที่โรงแรมนี้ จะกลับมาพักอีกครั้งในเดือนมกราคมหน้า

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Comfort Inn ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลดีเยี่ยม อยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟ Birmingham New Street และเดินเพียง 3 นาทีถึงย่านไชนาทาวน์ของเมืองเบอร์มิงแฮม จึงมีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่มากมายอยู่รอบๆ โรงแรมแห่งนี้ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือบริเวณอาบน้ำ ม่านสั้นและน้ำหกไปทั่วเมื่ออาบน้ำ โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันให้คะแนน Comfort Inn 4.0 เนื่องจากตั้งอยู่ในทำเลดีเยี่ยมและราคาสมเหตุสมผล

The hotel looks a little tired and in need of bringing up-to-date. Access is via an alleyway that isn’t the best smelling! Service at check-in was disappointingly slow with one receptionist not being aware of 4 people in the queue.  The hotel lifts - there were 2, although 1 broke down soon after check-in - cover 9 floors and are exceedingly slow. I actually found it quicker to walk up and down the stairs to my room on the 3rd floor.  The room itself was spacious, with hanging space, an ironing board, kettle, comfortable bed and a decent bathroom  and good shower.  The big letdown was the antiquated single glazed window that allowed road noise to permeate through - road sweepers and bin men.
