My stay at the Catalonia El Pilar was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has a charm and quality that far exceeds its official four-star rating, and I firmly believe it deserves a fifth star. From the moment I entered, I was struck by the beautiful, character-filled decor. The hotel masterfully blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. This sense of character extends to the rooms, which are impeccably clean and spacious. The excellence began at check-in with the wonderfully helpful and efficient receptionist service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold items that provided the perfect start to each day of exploration. It is clear that the management is doing an excellent job. The seamless operation, the motivated staff, and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property speak volumes about their leadership. A final note on the location: Zaragoza itself is an amazing city, a captivating blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. For better or worse, it remains wonderfully off-the-beaten-track for the majority of travelers, making it a truly authentic Spanish discovery. Combining this incredible city with a hotel of such high caliber makes for an unforgettable trip. I would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Catalonia El Pilar highly enough

酒店位置很好，就在市中心的西班牙廣場邊上，去皮拉爾廣場很近，約700米步行幾分鐘，都又不像老城那樣擁擠。房間乾淨整潔，就是缺少了洗手液或皂，不太方便。早餐內容略顯簡單。皮拉爾廣場夜景很漂亮，有時間可去河對岸看更漂亮。

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมคือสถานีรถไฟ zaragoza ซึ่งสามารถย้ายได้โดยรถบัสขนส่งสาธารณะ และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวโดยรอบอยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปถึงได้ ความสะอาดและความสะดวกสบายทําให้ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส แม้ว่าจะไม่คล่องแคล่ว แต่ถึงแม้ฉันจะพยายามพูดภาษาอังกฤษและสเปน ฉันก็รู้สึกเหมือนกําลังรอและพยายามช่วยเหลือ แม้ว่าฉันจะเช็คเอาท์ ฉันแสดงตั๋วรถไฟและกังวล ฉันจึงฝากกระเป๋าและกําหนดแผนเวลา! บริการดีที่สุด ปัจจุบันโฮสเทลที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันอยากกลับมาระหว่างการเดินทางไปสเปน!

Hotel espléndido de 4*. Ubicación magnífica a poco minutos del transporte público que te lleva al centro o a un paseo a pie. Nuestra habitación parecía de tipo familiar, con sala de estar con sofá cama y dos habitaciones dobles con baño en suite. La higiene era fantástica, con agua en la nevera y cápsulas de café con cafetera tipo “nespresso” de cortesía. Aire acondicionado independiente en cada estancia. Sin duda volvería a reservar si tuviera que repetir viaje. Muchas gracias a los trabajadores por su amabilidad y sonrisa siempre presente en la cara.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านที่เงียบสงบทันสมัยและตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับศูนย์การค้าและปาซิลิกาที่ประตูโรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก ห้องน้ํามีขนาดใหญ่พอสําหรับสองคน อุณหภูมิของน้ําร้อนและแรงดันน้ําเป็นสิ่งที่สําคัญมากสําหรับฉัน ห้องน้ํามีสภาพทรุดโทรมเล็กน้อยและมักจะมีสีผิวที่ไม่ดีและมักจะมีน้ําออกจากห้องน้ํา เราไม่สามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับอาหารเช้าได้เพราะเราเอาแต่ที่พักเท่านั้น (มีที่พอมีอาหารเช้า)

Good location. You can drop off your car and they can help you to park at the nearby carpark. Very convenient to walkable to major attractions like the Basilica and also many tapas restaurants.

Hotel is very convenient, it’s basically at old town. All receptionists are truly very friendly & give lots of info.. The dwn side is e beds are uncomfortable, can not only feel the springs and the mattress can slip out frm the frame…. The sofa bed is even worse, my kid wasn’t comfortable sleeping on it.

โรงแรมอยู่ชานเมืองของซาลาโกซ่า เหมาะสําหรับการขับรถด้วยตนเองและที่พักชั่วคราวสําหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ ไม่เหมาะสําหรับนักเดินทางที่เดินทางมาเยือนเมือง ใช้เวลาขับรถเพียง10-15 นาทีไปยังตัวเมืองซาลาโกซา แผนกต้อนรับบริการอย่างจริงจัง สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องพักของโรงแรมดี และมีโรงจอดรถใต้ดินฟรี สภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงแรมดีมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือสภาพแวดล้อมหลังโรงแรมเป็นพื้นที่โกดังและรถบรรทุกขนาดใหญ่

Dusty room (dust balls coming out from under the bed), very old bedding, mold on the shower walls, very dated in general. On the first two floors the hotel hosts (illegal) immigrants. They're hanging out in the lobby area, the hallways and the cafeteria. This gives a rather uninviting atmosphere (although there were no troubles).
