"Ruido increíble del baño de habitación de al lado, cada vez que tiraba de la cisterna. Baño sin reforma, bañera no tragaba. Se echaba en falta más frecuencia a la hora de reponer comida en el desayuno, había que pedir reposición. Cama muy bien. Ubicación ideal, pero parking muy caro comparado con otros cercanos (18€/ día frente a 10€ de otros al lado)."

"I had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were kind and had lovely smiles. It was a shame that there was construction going on from the entrance to the front desk. The location was also great, right next to the Gran Via station, making it convenient for going to department stores and downtown. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity."

"We travelled with a group of friends, we booked two double rooms and had a nice time , it has a great location with lots of places to eat and bars nearby also walking distance from the cathedral and the hotel is pretty clean and with comfy beds, I totally recommend it."
