Wir waren nicht zufrieden , weil wir erst nachfragen mußten um Lampen zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war nur teilweise sauber. Das schärfste war am 04.01.passiert.
Wir wollten um 8.00 Uhr frühstücken, aber als wir zum Fahrstuhl gingen stellten wir nach einer viertelstunde fest das der Fahrstuhl den Geist aufgegeben hatte.
Wir mußten als bewegungseingeschränkte aus dem 6.Stock über die Treppe zum Frühstück gehen. Wir sind enttäuscht von dem Carathotel. Wir haben schon besser im Carathotel übernachtet.
All the check in information was provided earlier due to our late arrival after 10pm. Anyway a person welcomed us and was still around when we arrived. Rooms are simple but the hotel seems pretty new and is very clean.
До центра 20 минут на автобусе (по Visitor card от отеля бесплатно),но апарты очень классные,чистые,”свежие”,уютные. Крутые общие зоны,в соседнем здании-ТЦ,кинотеатр,продуктовые магазины.остановилась бы еще.
Подушка только неудобная,очень мягкая😅

We loved the delicious breakfast with organic and locally sourced options, and the convenient location near the train station made exploring Basel easy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
Gaia Hotel Basel perfectly combines comfort, sustainability, and great service. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again on our next visit to Basel!

Moderno y con personal muy amable.
Sin embargo, no tuve opción de averiguar respecto a la calefacción porque no había comunicación con recepción y es ridículo tener que bajar a consultar en mostrador.
Por otra parte, no creo ser un hooligan para que
deba garantizar con 200 francos suizos posibles daños. La tarifa debe considerar el costo de un seguro general pero debe ser a cargo y riesgo de la empresa hotelera y no de todos os pasajeros.
También me fastidió que desistieran darme un recibo o factura dónde constase el servicio, la garantía aportada y el pago del impuesto turístico.
Será por no utilizar papel? Que la envién por email.
O se trata de ocultar facturación?
ผผู้เข้าพักI made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made.
However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?
