โรงแรมใกล้โรงละครศาลากลาง

ห้องเล็กไปหน่อยแต่วิวสวย ขึ้นลงลิฟต์สองตัวต้องเปลี่ยนซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก แผนกต้อนรับบริการเอาใจใส่และสุภาพมาก และมีคนมานั่งรถที่ประตู ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวกมากและเงียบสงบในตอนกลางคืน

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก สามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ได้สะดวก โรงแรมยังอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟหูเจีย แต่ต้องระวังเส้นทางขึ้นเขาด้วย การเข็นกระเป๋าเดินทางขึ้นเขาค่อนข้างลำบาก แต่ระยะทางตรงก็ถือว่าใกล้มาก ผู้เข้าพักส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนหนุ่มสาว พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก และมีทัวร์ฟรีพาทุกคนไปในวันถัดไป

โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดใหม่ไม่มีกลิ่นการตกแต่งภายในห้องพัก สะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ห้องพักและห้องน้ำกว้างขวางมีห้องครัว ห้องน้ำแยกส่วนเปียกและแห้ง ที่จอดรถก็กว้างขวางและสะดวกสบายสำหรับ ที่จอดรถ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้เมืองเก่าควิเบกและมีทิวทัศน์สวยงามมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและบริการดีเยี่ยม แน่นอนว่าจะกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกครั้งในเดือนกันยายน เพราะวางแผนจะไปเที่ยวเมืองควิเบกอีกครั้งในช่วงฤดูใบไม้ร่วง

ผิดหวังจริงๆ สปาไม่สะอาด น้ำเป็นสีเขียวและมีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก ดังนั้นเราจึงไม่สามารถผ่อนคลายในนั้นได้ น้ำในสระก็โอเค เธอไม่ค่อยชัดเจน ในห้องของฉันฉันไม่มีม่านอาบน้ำและเครื่องปรับอากาศก็อยู่ที่ 15 องศาทั้งคืนและทำให้ห้องเย็นไม่พอ โรงแรมนี้ไม่คุ้มกับราคาเลย

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

캐나다 출장 갈때마다 묵는곳입니다 정말 깨끗하고 어딜가나 위치도 최고입니다 공항에서도 택시타면 금방이구요, 근처에 맛집과 카페들도 많아요! 사진처럼 안쪽이라 택시타기도 편합니다

For approx 175$/night, I was not completely satisfied. It was quite dirty. The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because all of the staff i have encountered were super helpful & polite. The kettle was really, really dirty. And apparently, there's only 1 for the whole hotel to share, and the one they gave me was gross. I cannot believe they even gave it to me when it looked liked that. So instead of tea, which I had to go out to buy since they don't provide, I opted to use their nespresso machine. And despite running the nezpresso machine 5 times without the capsules, just to clean it out, I kept getting little black stuff coming out. The bathtub was unclean, the handheld shower head kept dripping & it was loose and kept drooping over. The screw to adjust the height was also missing, so we couldn't raise it either. Also, when we arrived, there was a curly hair (and not the type of hair that's on a person's head, if you get what i mean) on the toilet seat, we were grossed out that we didnt even want to take a pic of it & disinfected the seat right away.. Not very good sound-proofing either and there was dust on the hangers.... Location-wise, it was good for me & where we needed to go. Near a highway that i can exit to go anywhere & a costco nearby to fill up gas easily. The only thing saving this place is the staff. Unfortunately, i'm not sure if I will be staying here again, especially at that price.

ฉันจองโรงแรมในนาทีสุดท้าย (ฉันจองบนรถไฟไปควิเบกและไม่ได้วางแผนการเดินทางใดๆ) เดิมทีฉันหวังว่าจะจองโรงแรมที่อยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟ 500 เมตร แต่เป็นโรงแรมเกือบทั้งหมดที่ตรงกับฉัน ข้อกำหนดในด้านราคาและประสิทธิภาพหายไป ฉันต้องจองโรงแรมนี้ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟประมาณหนึ่งกิโลเมตร หลังจากเช็คอิน ฉันพบว่าโรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเก่าของควิเบก ห่างจาก Fairmont Chateau Hotel ที่มีชื่อเสียงและมีชื่อเสียงเพียง 100 เมตร และอยู่ห่างจากบริเวณระเบียง 100 ถึง 500 เมตร สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญย่านธุรกิจและพื้นที่รับประทานอาหารของเมืองเก่า เจ้าของบ้านเป็นชาวจีนจากกวางโจวเป็นกันเองมาก แนะนำ!

ที่อยู่อาศัยในวิทยาเขตเปลี่ยนเป็นหอพักในช่วงฤดูร้อน ห้องพักมีขนาดเล็ก แต่สะอาดและสะดวกสบายมากแม้ว่าจะไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ห้องน้ําที่ใช้ร่วมกันมีอ่างล้างจานเพียงแห่งเดียวในแต่ละปีกของแต่ละชั้น แต่แต่ละห้องมีอ่างล้างจานแยกต่างหาก สถานที่ตั้งใกล้กับระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ (รถบัส) แต่สามารถเดินจากป้ายรถเมล์ได้เล็กน้อย เดิน 10 นาทีจาก Metro (ร้านขายของชําในเครือแคนาดา) และห้างสรรพสินค้าพร้อมบริการลูกค้าที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ (คนส่วนใหญ่ในพื้นที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้จํากัด) โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่น่ารื่นรมย์เทียบได้กับราคา
