Freundlicher Empfang, rascher Check-in, schöne Zimmer, sauber und funktionell, gutes Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen, Öffis vor der Türe.

Great location near the Old town. Everything's within 5-10 min walk. Clean, quiet hotel with varied breakfast. Big park alongside. Friendly service.

До отеля нетрудно добраться от главного вокзала - напрямую на трамвае, а до Flixbus - с пересадкой. В центре Граца 4 остановки можно ездить бесплатно, до ближайшей ”бесплатной” остановки 400 м. Номер удобный, с чайником и холодильником. И ванна! Это не часто встречается. Жаль только, что окна на улицу, трамваи и машины всё-таки мешают, приходится закрывать окно и включать кондиционер. Завтраки хороши, особенно выбор сыров. Отель за свою цену отличный.

The hotel was so clean as if it is newly opened. The room was specious, also the bathroom. Located in very convenient surroundings. Receptionist was so helpful. There is a nice coffee machine at reception with very nice coffee complementary for guests. The only thing that I didn’t like that there is no iron and iron board in the room. Generally I enjoyed the stay.

Frühstück sehr gut. Personal im allgemeinen auch sehr gut, bis yu einer Frau am letyten Tag, eine Asistin, unfreundlich. Ich bewundere mich, warum es um kurz nach 10.00 heute, d.h. am letzten Tag, noch nicht 12.00 Uhr, wo man noch kein check out macht und Koffer usw. runter holen muss, ist das Zimmer gleich gesperrt. Ich konnte nicht ins Zimmer rein. Ich glaube, das hat die Frau gemacht, denn bei meinem deutschen Kollegen war es nicht passiert. Sonst andere personalien sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ แต่เหมือนเป็นที่พักอาศัยของคนในพื้นที่และคนที่ขับรถมา มีรถประจำทางอยู่ใกล้ๆ และใช้เวลาเดินทาง 30-40 นาทีจึงจะถึงตัวเมือง สะดวกสบายครับ. และยังมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต BILLA ขนาดใหญ่พิเศษอยู่ติดกันให้คุณสามารถช้อปปิ้งได้อย่างเพลิดเพลิน

Amazing views from the bath! Perfect fresh berries at breakfast. Fantastic 24-hour sauna. It’s details like this that make the Grand the best in Graz - and one of the finest in Austria.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

旧市街に近い場所でスーパーもすぐ近くに3軒もありました！バジェットホテルなので最低限のものだけが備わってますが、スタッフの方も親切で泊まって良かったです！グラーツにまた来る時にはここに泊まりたいです！
