Hotel Drei Raben

Check-In Zeit wird als 13:00-20:00 angegeben. Tatsächlich konnte das Zimmer erst kurz vor 18:00 bezogen werden. Das lag nicht an der Reinigungsequippe sondern an Rezeption/Management, die dem früheren Gast die Belegung des Zimmers bis 17 Uhr erlaubt hatte (statt nur bis 12 Uhr). Der Wunsch des bisherigen Gastes ging also zu Lasten des neuen Gastes. Die Begrüssungsgespräche um 13:45, 17:25 und 17:50 sind entsprechend etwas gespannt; ein freundliches, warmes "Willkommen" ist anders. Beim Auschecken wird noch eine Taxe fällig, obwohl die Rechnung ja schon beim Buchen belastet wurde. Das hätte man auf der Reservationsbestätigung oder sonstwo oder allerspätestens beim Einchecken erwähnen können. So ergibt sich beim Verabschieden eine unangenehme Situation in Form einer Diskussion mit einem trägen, brummligen, offenbar sich gestört fühlenden Rezeptionisten. Die Auststattung des Zimmers ist voll in Ordnung: Wenn die Badewanne als Dusche zu verwenden ist, wäre ein robuster Haltegriff für die Sicherheit beim (glitschigen) Aussteigen von Vorteil. Zur Lage: in Fussdistanz zum Bahnhof, gut erreichbar mit Tram, nicht allzuweit vom Zentrum, entsprechend etwas (aber nicht wirklich viel) Strassenlärm bis 24 Uhr und ab 5:30.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room with friendly and helpful gentleman at the front desk. There is a nice minibar with free flow of coffee/tea. Near train station for travel to other cities in Europe and around 10 minutes walk from Graz city centre.

2023/11/17 stay 3 days two nights Location is good, walk around 20 min to old town. Parking area is big, located at outside (belong to hotel), need extra pay Breakfast is Less hot cooked food, mostly are cold , ham, fried eggs, few green pepper vegetables Room is very small. single man bed, not place to move Room ground is with carpet and color is very dark, my nose and skin got bad. Shower room is very small and risk of falling when I walked out the shower room. There is a 20 cm height gap to the floor. Old man need to watch out this.

Nice hotel, good location, 10 minutes walk from city center. Parking lots available. We got a big room for 4 persons, it was clean and comfortable. Perfect stay for a few days. Breakfast is available but we did not try it, went out for bakeries to have some croissants and coffee.

Hans, the staff who greeted us upon arrival after a 6 hour long journey from Munich has such a pleasant and happy personality which made our stay away from home more memorable. Thanks also to Putri, who helped arrange our next trip to Gmunden. Whether for business or holiday Drei Raben is the fog to hotel - centrally located near the train station with enthusiastic and helpful staff. Thank you again Hans and Putri

Staff was not too help when we checked in, but next morning different crew seemed to be a bit more friendly. Close location to the center. The only problem we had was finding a closed by place to park. We had to park some distance away in the parking garage and walk to the hotel to get more info on where to park closer. They do have a private parking close by where we were able to park but lost over an hour to find this out. Overall good experience, room and bathroom was clean.

Hotel has spacious rooms. Close to railway station and Schloss Berg. Nice breakfast.
