recently stayed at Abidos Hotel Apartment and checked in 1-March-2026 and checking out 2-March-2926. I would like to share my experience regarding the service provided by one of the staff members, Andro. Yesterday at 1:10 PM, I called the hotel to confirm whether we could check in at 2:00 PM. I understand that standard check-in times must be respected, and since I also work in the hospitality industry, I know that exceptions can sometimes be made depending on availability. I clearly explained that I live nearby and simply wanted to confirm in advance to avoid any confusion upon arrival. Andro confirmed over the phone that we could come at 2:00 PM and mentioned that it would take only five minutes to provide the room. However, when we arrived at 2:00 PM as advised, Andrew changed his statement and asked us to wait around 30 minutes. Even after waiting, we were told to go back and come again later. The way we were treated was rude and unprofessional, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. As someone who also works in this field, I found this behavior very disappointing and disrespectful. Additionally, after check-out, when I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, Andro responded by saying “good job,” which again felt sarcastic and insulting. We did not receive any apology for the inconvenience caused. I would like the management of Abidos Hotel Apartment to seriously look into this matter and take appropriate action. I also request an update regarding this complaint and the action taken. Overall, this experience has affected our impression of the hotel, and I hope management will address this issue to maintain proper hospitality standards.
