I booked the room for a concert with my son. We had a great time. The room and the facilities and staff was great. Definitely will stay there again.

Stayed here twice now and have zero complaints. Front staff is super friendly, the bar/restaurant food is delicious. Room was super clean, the entire hotel is super clean. Within walking distance to the convention center

The bathroom had a boogie on the wall, and some hairs in the shower. Other than that, seemed great.

This Holiday Inn is conveniently located in Lancaster, within the historic district, and walking distance to some nice restaurants and bars (shout out to the Lancaster Dispensing Company, right next to central market). The hotel itself is pleasant, clean and comfortable.

Staff was extremely helpful, The Imperial Staff was great as well. Consistent check-ins throughout stay to make sure we had everything we needed, overall good experience, this was our first time in Lancaster!
