We were there two nights. 4 adults and 1 child in a suite. The room was not prepared with enough towels, etc for us to shower. Then there was no hot water the first night, apparently a boiler issue. We were told it was fixed. The next morning the shower was warm at best. The second night the shower was hot. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. So shower steam and odor from toilet usage couldn't be evacuated from the one bathroom 5 people were sharing. One person in our party slipped on the wet floor, there was a towel in place, luckily they were not seriously injured.
When discussing any of our concerns w/the manager upon checking out she offered us rewards points. She never apologized and acted as though it all comes with the territory. Some of the staff was nice, but honestly, no one said hello unless I did first. I greet the hospitality people and try to be friendly. Working for her I can see why they are the way the are.
I DO NOT recommend this location for people to stay.
